Used to be good. Worst service in 20 years. They make you wait twenty minutes for your bagel and keep taking and serving MANY orders in front of yours.Sandwich cost 7.50 to wait twenty minutes, no thanks.

The food is delicious. The quality is as good as the first day they opened. They don't skimp and they work very very hard. It's always a pleasure to go in there, even if there's a long line. The wait is never that bad.

I placed order 7th evening to pick upby next day 5:45 morning. On 8th May morning, First clutch got their message that ordered willbe ready by 6:15. Second clutch, when I got bck to home a d checked the order they missed one item. I went bck and I ask them about missing brownie order and their staff clueless. Simply said we do not have it and you can have any dannish. Worth 3.50 brownie with 1 50 usd dannish. Third clutch, worst one hard begals I ever got in my life nothing like fresh. In short they ruined enite mother day morning. I never recommended this awful place.

I found this place on TikTok and was headed up to Preskett so I stopped in to check it out. The sandwich was good. I don’t typically eat bagel sandwiches, and while it didn’t knock my socks off, it was good. The blueberry cream cheese spread, however, on the cinnamon raisin bagel was where it’s at. I tried to stop a round of the 2 o’clock hour on my way back to town and they were out of bagels at two different locations. That was supremely disappointing and frustrating.

Most like back east bagels in town. It is very common for them to get your order wrong per the way they take the order. You tell them what you want yet the way the register works you have to repeat the order. Have suggested several times to them that they need directions to the best way to place order. They seem not to understand. Suggest chkng order before leaving, Stars for the food not the process.

Ordered 2 egg sandwiches over the phone - only received one when picking up the order. Their response is / do you have proof? Excuse me?!!! What kind of establishment is this????

I was there 6 am ordered 4 dozen bagels and no hot food. took over 20 mins. The lady was nice and was trying to get the order together the guy just kept taking customs ahead of me even before I ordered he grabbed the girl that was behind me in line. five people got their order and paid that was behind me before i got my order. His actions ignored me and his partner trying to get bigger orders done.

I absolutely love this chain but this location at 67th Ave and Happy Valley is the worst. Yesterday I ordered a sandwich with no cheese and it came with cheese - no big deal, I picked it off. Today I ordered an egg bagel sandwich and paid extra for cream cheese and got home to an everything bagel with no cream cheese. There were also a ton of flies in the restaurant today but I was hoping it might be because they had the door open. I called today to let them know I had issues with orders 2 days in a row and their response was there's nothing they can do, I should have checked before I left. They literally wrap everything in paper or plastic and then foil and then put it in a paper bag. I will not be returning to this location

Nice double delish and bagel shop with fresh food. I ordered the tuna fish on wheat and it was very good

I LOVE hot bagel but this place is just such a disappointment. 90% of the time, they manage to get my order wrong. And it typically involves forgetting to add something that I've paid extra for. It's one thing if the sandwich is on the wrong kind of bagel but to forget to include something you've paid for is just another level. Not to mention the quality is subpar when compared to the location on 59th Ave. Honestly, I've started driving to the 59th Ave location because this place just can't seem to get it together.
