Very decent...this was one of the few places that delivered to the hotel I was staying. The wings were very good the pizza needs a little work but the delivery was pretty much on time and pleasant!!
I won’t ever order here again! I placed my order online , they were over an hour and a half late from estimated delivery. Then put pineapple instead of jalapeños and fries instead of onion rings completely terrible service sub was soggy
This has been the best pizza experience ever. The energy and atmosphere made my stressful day so much better. Plus the pizza was delicious. My son loved it as well. Will definitely come back.
Spaghetti was overcooked. The meat was not actual meatballs it was some kind of sliced frozen meat. I ordered only mozzarella no ricotta calzone, still had ricotta. It was leaky and the spinach was still fresh and undercooked. The marinara sauce was spaghetti sauce with large oregano leaves floating around in the container. All bad.
Pizza finally showed up an hour and 20 minutes late. We had already left to find something else for dinner. We were repeatedly lied to when we called to check on our order. Could be good pizza, I'll never know.
Ordered 2 hours ago, said 1 hour, still no pizza. Called after 90 minutes, they said it was on the way. Could be good pizza, I don't know, it hasn't showed up.
Ordered pizza here waited an hour and half for the food when driver showed up she was a mess checked my order to find the pizza looking like this called store in front of driver they said there sending another pizza and hung up driver made a comment of perfection erection to me. The most unprofessional establishment I have ever ordered from food was cold ranch watered down and wings burnt save your self and reconsider another restaurant
This was one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. My order was an hour and a half late. I called numerous times for my order. I didn't receive an apology for the late order. Then the driver wanted a tip and I opened up the pizza box and found this. I was so upset and tired, I just threw the pizza away and went to sleep. I don't recommend this specific store unless you check your food before the driver leaves. I have family coming to visit me from the east coast and will not recommend this store. And they never offered to make things right with me and that really bothered me. I wasn't asking for more than another pizza done right. At this point, I'd rather just have my money back and chalk this one up as a lesson learned.
Good pizza and wings everytime! When you pick up it usually takes 20 mins but delivery takes not too long as well.
This is our first time trying Gus's. We loved it ! The pizza and wings were amazing ! We could definitely tell they had just freshly made everything, it was all super hot and everything tasted great . This might be our new favorite place for pizza ;)
