This place has gone way down hill. New owners have no idea what they are doing and the staff does not know how to cook. When you get a chicken Philly they let it cook for about 60 seconds don’t melt the cheese on the meat or put the bread on the meat and cheese while it’s on the grill. So it’s cold. Also they all have their head phones in their ears while cooking touching them.
They have roaches!! I took my kids here yesterday and saw them crawling around the soda machine and on the counters. They just agreed they have roaches and continued serving customers! I'm calling the department of health. Shut it down!
I specifically went to the mall for a Philly steak from Great Steak and the closed 45 minutes early. The girl at the register was super rude. I read in another post that they recently bought the store from the previous owners. It makes me sad because I have been eating there since the mall opened in the mid 90's. It sucks because I will never go back therr again due to the new owners and staff. I'm sure the food won't taste the same either because they don't seem to have the same pride as the previous owners ?
Pepper steak sandwich made me sick as he'll. I ate then went to the theater and had to leave because I kept vomiting.
i beelined to this place when I saw it, nearly knocked down people in my way. This food is delicious. The philly supersteak never disappoints. They give you a ton of food for the price too.
The new owners and workers of great steak at arrowhead are super rude. Ive been going to the same place for 10 years and they old owner recently sold his spot to these people. They aren’t trained right. They closed at 8pm and they’re supposed to close at 9pm. And before I even got up there, the girl at the front very rudely said we are closed. And then the girl next to her laughed. Hire better and nicer workers that don’t close early when they feel like it.
This was my second time trying there Philly cheese steak.. very stingy with the meat portions.I won't go back.
They never called our number and we stood there for about ten minutes… and when we finally asked about it, our sandwich had been sitting there the whole time. They were not busy and the employees made no attempt to give us our sandwich until we asked.
You order one thing and they hand you another. Terrible service ?
I personally love this place. Food is always hot and fresh.
