Got a deep dish pepperoni and thin crust pepperoni and mushroom. The deep dish was very good. I am not usually a fan of deep dish but since this place is known for it, figured Id tried and I was not disappointed. Very nice flavor and nothing overpowering. And the crust was amazing. The thin crust wasn't as good. The cheese tasted like it had too much parmesan. Clear winner was the deep dish.

EDIT: I messaged Lou Malnatis on facebook and they promptly apologized about what happened and sent points on the app to pay back the pizza.I placed an order for a large deep dish (didn't check it before I left because I was in a hurry) and upon getting home it's clear there weren't enough toppings put on the pizza to begin with. A lot of watery grease on the under the toppings so the crust is really soggy.

Great recommendation from co-workers. Pizzas are awesome, I got the Lou and added meats.Curbside delivery is easy. Only thing, the additional wait time of 25 mins for my order wasn't expected.

Today, ordered deep dish Lou's large and large thin crest pepperoni. Waited more than 15 mts, greeted by a lady saying, " sorry. We made medium thin crust. If u wait 10mts we also give u large". Came back again with medium thin crust and large deepdish and said, sorry it may take 20 mts more but give you free pizza and won't charge for thin crust. She also give me few cookies.Pizzas tasre ok but not like they make it in the restaurant in Chicago. Does anyone knows if the Glendale location does make their own pizzas or just put the frozen ones in the oven?

Great pizza and salad. Need to update their menus to match their prices...I took a menu ordered by phone and when I picked it up there was a price difference between what the menu said and what I paid. Also app doesn't work well at all which is why I had to order by phone.

Ordered pizza many times but it is always hit or miss with this location, last order was a deep dish pepperoni. At least I thought it was pepperoni because whole pieces with not 1 pepperoni on it and soggy but 1 slice had 5 pepperoni stacked together but I should have order just cheese on it, my wife will never order here again and I will go elsewhere for pizza

Have ordered from this location multiple times and my order has always been ready when they said it would be and accurate. Often there is a team member walking around the parking lot and will check in with you as soon as you pull into a curbside pickup spot. One note. I always get my pizzas half baked so I can have it "out of the oven" hot. Their instructions say about 15 minutes but I've found I need to go 20 to 25 to get that nice crunchy crust similar to what you experience when dining in

I'm from Chicago, this is a far cry to true deep dish pizza. I was very disappointed. I wouldn't mind paying their high price if it was a true delicious deep dish. The crust was two thin, soggy. Definitely don't buy a Togo pizza if you need to use your own pizza cutter. That tells it all. I usually don't complain, but this reasturant needs to go on the tv. Show kitchen disaster s

I grew up in Chicago and love their pizza. This location is unable to correctly prepare orders for a pizza with sausage. No matter what you order with sausage, you get the entire pizza covered with a thick layer of sausage, which is greasy and gross.

Website was easy to use but when it came to payment it would not accept credit cards. After trying numerous cards and on numerous browsers, I ended up saying that I would be paying in cash. My online order finally went through after I said I was paying in cash. When you do the curbside pick up, let them know you'll be paying with your credit card instead.
