Very friendly staff. The ingredients were nice and fresh. I chose to make my own bowl and did a medium with fried rice and noodle mix. Its alot of food. Lots of mix ins and sauces to chose from. Everything grilled perfectly.
I loved the concept. But....I wanted to turn around after I entered the building. It had a stinky odor. The floor was sticky under the table. I like the alcohol beverages, but not the food. I ordered the meatball appetizer with a side of fried rice. Both were poor quality and the flavor was pungent.It was my friends birthday and I didn't want to ruined her day. ( there's a wide variety of sauces which many have amazing flavors. They should sell the seasoning and the sauces. Then I would go back)
This was our first time eating at this restaurant, for our family of seven. It was a little intimidating but our waitress was super nice and explained the whole process to us. The service was great and the food was even better! We will definitely eat here again before our trip is over. The prices are very reasonable and you can decide your own portions. Easy way to feed a lot of people.
Our first and Last visit to this Grill, Staff was short handed, when we finally got to order, the instructions were sketchy & difficult to understand for first time visitors. There has to be a better way!! When we finally saw what we were getting it was to late to re-do anything. So we took the results and LEFT with the decision never to return.
We decided to try this place again after not visiting since covid shutdown. It has been remodeled. We went at 4 pm to avoid any crowds. While the selection of ingredients was excellent, the staff were definitely lacking in service skills. Our waiter was difficult to find every time we needed him. My husband ordered an egg to be cooked into his meal. Apparently the waiter forgot to put it on the ticket so it was omitted. Another server corrected this by bringing a scrambled egg to the table for husband to put it in his bowl and we weren't charged. We had to hunt down our server to get the bill and then the waiter disappeared and we couldn't pay the bill. We finally just put the exact money on table and left. Luckily we were paying with cash. The service was never this bad pre covid.
This place rocks! Get the build yourself the make your own bowl. Full that thing up with meat and veggies to the point of almost overfilling. Great drinks also!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Walked in and what looked like an 18 year old manager and 17 year old server arguing at the front door. The waitress couldn’t seat us till she had silverware… which doesn’t matter at this moment. We finally get a seat after entering what took probably 10 minutes. Then when it came to putting together customer bowls you have to wait for your ticket with your order. This method was very time consuming and a bit too unorganized. There’s a better way of running this. Our kids were acting up, so we decided to leave. We stood in line for 10 minutes while 1 family in front of us didn’t know what to do. Frustrating when hungry and young kids are going wild. Wish more family friendly restaurants were around. Back in the day we loved Mongolian bbq because it was so simple. You come in, get a seat and then grab a bowl and add your ingredients all by yourself and the guy was frying up your food right away. I’m sad to see there are not many around anymore and we’re left with this kind of disorganized service.
Sorry no pictures this time, we were hungry and having great conversation. The the food came out smelling fantastic and tasty. Rest assured this place has great food and service. Everyone provide great service and appeared to enjoy there job. Fun and friendly service with great food!
We went here a couple of years ago, and it was dark, the floor was sticky, and the food was nothing to write home about. But we saw the re-opening sign decided to give them another chance. SO GLAD WE DID!! It's bright and clean, no sticky floor and the food was really good. The meat was fully cooked and the veggies still had a bit of crunch to them, not mushy at all. I'm very glad that they've cleaned up the place and the cooks are excellent. We will definitely be back and recommend to others!
