Lets see we walk in no line 5 people behind the counter and no one bothers to recognize we are even here we have about 3 minutes before anyone even talks to is.Then we order our normal kid’s menu orders we have been for almost a decade at this location to be refused for the first time because not everyone is under 12. We ask for the manager to be told only this time but never again. The girl from this point was extremely rude.If you never enforced a rule for at least 10 years it kind of makes it not a rule and then to start enforcing it and for them to be rude about it is ridiculous. We get them because of the size of the burger and fries are smaller and the right size for most of the family. We always also get one or two full adult meals with a couple kids meals. If they are going to start enforcing it then should be nicer about the sudden change to their long time customers who have become accustomed to it be allowed. Also they put food on our order that we didn’t word and charged us for it. They don’t have lids for the kids cups. They are out of ketchup as the only pump missing and have to use tiny packets. They veggies are also almost half what should be missing the good pickles. They ran out of small buns for kids meals.Seems like maybe management has changed as its really bad as they are short staff as well for a holiday.
1st time there and the burger was more than good. Loved the concept of placing condiments on in the quantity I preferred on my burger but come on... over $30 for 2 burgers and tater tots. I felt robbed. The place was pretty full and there is no need for any restaurant to over charge to that magnitude. I truly felt their prices were not keep their chain business afloat but to gouge the customer.
Amazing place, hamburgers full of flavor, juicy meat and crispy bacon, love the texture of the bread. Despite all this goodness, I'll recomend to keep a little wet the vegetables, because it will help to a fresh bite.
I had a bad experience at this Fuddruckers years ago and it threw me off of the chain altogether. My family decided to give it a shot again yesterday and they completely changed my mind. The food was EXCELLENT and the service was just as good. A lot of young teenagers working there, but they were all killing it and noticeably working hard with how busy it was. The guy at the register was polite and all in all it was a good experience. They forgot a few small things on our order but quickly corrected it, I'd recommend this place and we'll definitely be going back.
We used to really love Fuddruckers, but our most recent experience was a disappointment. The food wasn't that great, the burgers were undercooked and took a long time. The restaurant was kind of dirty in general. The staff however was quite pleasant and respectful....just seems to need some management type improvements. There are too many other nearby and higher quality options to feel that I'll choose Fuddruckers the next time I want an $8 burger.
We haven't been to a Fuddrucker's in about 20 years maybe longer - since our kids were young & wanted to go there. I am actually surprised they are still in business. Anyhow, we tried it after church invited by friends, and it really isn't worth it. Prices are high for a hamburger, the workers seemed confused in handing out orders and overall, we just didn't like the food. My hamburger was overcooked and the thick fries were over seasoned. I'd rather go to In and Out Burger for less than half the price....or even Wendy's.
Love the hamburger flavor and jalapeno cheese on my fries!
Went for an early dinner. The place only had one other couple in it. They had no way to make their famous shakes which was what I really wanted. The worker at the counter was wearing his mask below his chin so we asked him to put his mask up and he did. The burgers and wedge fries were good. We had to wear our masks and gloves to get our burger fixings which was fine. We had to ask for BBQ sauce and they had none. We had to ask for salt and pepper as the pepper was empty. We had to ask the counter guy to put up his mask every time we went to the the counter for all the things we needed. I work in retail and I'd be written up if a customer had to ask me multiple different times to wear my mask correctly. Not the same Fuddruckers as pre pandemic.
Neither of my wives or my burger came out correct, she wanted hers well done and not medium, I ordered mine with bacon and grilled onions, which they forgot and I also specifically ordered mine on a wheat bun, but did not realize it was not a wheat bun until I bit into it. Also the sign at the fixings station clearly read must wear mask and gloves, but nobody that worked there enforced this because nobody wore a mask or gloves.
Burgers are always legit here but the toppings bar could be a tad better and seems like the silverware is always dirty, they may be clean but dont look it. Staff doesnt look overly happy to be there and it shows but end result, the burgers are good?
