Naomi’s smile shined like no other and she was an absolute sweetheart. The store tends to feel on the slower pace at times, but the friendliness of the staff make up for it.
Normally love this place. Tonight tho was a little different. One kid that worked there was trying to look cool in front of a girl that works there and ended up dropping one of my burgers in the trash. She proceeded to take it out of the trash and tried to put it in my bag. The entire time she thought it was cute or something. So I had to wait for the one responsible person there to remake my burger while the other got cold.
I recently visited on a Monday evening and was met with a friendly smile, and enthusiasm from the staff. It was my roommates first time visiting five guys and only my second ever visit. The shift manager David was spectacular and went through the entire menu with us, making suggestions and sharing his favorites. Our food was delightful and we will be back.
This is now my second time at this location and the first time I was here I was pretty pleased. However, this time around was great! Our cashier was David and he treated us with the upmost care! He will be the reason I come back! Thanks David you’re doing great!!!
Good burgers, good prices. Pretty sure they forgot to add the ice cream to the milk shakes ?
Almost 5 stars. The customer service is superb. Very kind. No fault on their part. The price is what gets me. High cost for fast food. The Cajun fries are so addictive. There’s an outdoor patio for eating in fresh air. Oh, also — BRING BACK the coffee milkshake :(
Five guys is my favorite burger spot. They are pricey for being a fast food joint but I think it’s for good reason. You are truly paying for quality here. This is a new location so it’s nice and clean. Expect to wait just a little bit longer than your usual fast food, good food just takes longer to make. I love the portion of fries they always give more which makes the high price worth it. I did order the Cajun seasoning on the fries and they were extremely over seasoned. I won’t order those again but five guys still has my heart.
Burgers are good but they now close at 4 during the week. To bad, I'll have to go elsewhere now. If you're looking for a place to get a pretty good burger after 4, try Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers on Northern.
Ordered two burgers with Mayo onion lettuce pickles and didn’t get any of it. While I was in there waiting I saw someone complain of an undercooked burger. Would think twice before going here.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 bacon cheesebirgers burgers with no one else in the restaurant. We received one burger with cheese and no bacon and with more ketchup and mustard on the wrapper than the burger. The 2nd burger was plain and with no cheese and no ketchup or mustard. Disappointed and will likely not return or recommend to anyone.
