While we were waiting for our subs we are standing at the counter and someone must have reached in between us and taken my friend's wallet ! Update ..thank you for your reply. We did call you about 15 minutes later and the person on the phone told us that someone had called and said that they found a wallet and that they were gonna return it which was not going to be the truth because we're from Mesa and this place is in the West Valley anyway we asked her if they could look up and see who took it and she said they didn't could not do that . I'm glad that function is available and I will let my friend know and she can call you back. We picked your place because my kids work at queen valley fire dept, and you had it on the wall.
They didn't listen or communicate well. My wife ordered a medium sub meal. I started I wanted a meal with a different sub. The cashier, Tyson, did not communicate it was going to be a small... and so when it was made I had a small. My wife had her medium.The person who handed us the order argued that I ordered a small because the receipt said small. Because they did not clarify the size, I must be wrong.
Cheddar brisket is bomb. They were out of sunchips. Still great tasting food
My sister treated me to lunch and it was our first time eating here. Gotta say the subs were way better than I expected them to be. Definitely will be eating here again soon
Usually I like firehouse subs but tonight we had the WORST service I've had! Our order took 45 minutes and there was only one other person in front of us. I understand staffing issues but there were almost 10 employees when we went in at 7:40. What made the whole experience worse is that the employees were all bickering behind the counter and making it apparent that they were losing sandwiches around the kitchen and yelling at eachother, most of them very unprofessional. They lost a door dashers order right before they started calling names of people who weren't at the store and then we had to go back to the counter and ask about our order, they searched and then they found it, it had been sitting in the kitchen in the bag for who knows how long! To make matters worse, because it was sitting in there so long everything was soggy and it made half of our group sick to their stomachs! When we finally got back to the car we realized that they forgot 1/4 of our order so we had to go back in after waiting 45 minutes because they could not keep track in the kitchen they had lost it aswell. We are all extremely dissatisfied.
Food is amazing...staff needs lots of training and to take off the face diapers! Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Got there and no sandwiches. 15 minutes later, the sandwiches were just sitting there. If I hadn’t asked a 3rd time about my 2 preordered sandwiches, I would have been there another who knows how long. SEVEN people plus a manager working, ZERO customers when I walked in to pick up my ONLINE order only to be told it’s not ready.My final analysis is they are breathing so much carbon dioxide they have NO COMMON SENSE LEFT IN THEIR BRAINS!I truly expected better from Firehouse!

I was their a last night and I saw a worker named Lilyanna as cashier the guy ahead of me had a larger order and her patience with him was amazing, she was able to take all of the orders and go back and help them make the orders. The staff is amazing their at this firehouse subs.
OMG! VERY nice 5 Star, top tier taste, fast food setting. Amberly took my order, and Suggested I try the New York Steamer. it was INSANELY UNBELIEVABLY GOOD!! Ya if ya want GREAT food great, prices, Great customer service, come to this store.
