This has been our go-to sub shop since they opened, but the last 4 orders (yes, all 4) have all taken forever to make and 3 out of the 4 were made incorrectly. After getting home and finding that we did not get what we ordered, the response from the person who answered the phone was infuriating. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager, and offered only a very lackadaisical "sorry the sub wasn't up to your standard". Not up to my standard? The sub wasn't even the sub I ordered! She did tell me to bring it back, like I really wanted to stop what I was doing and I drive back there. It's very frustrating as Firehouse Subs is not an inexpensive takeout like Subway and, honestly, Subway treats their customers better. Their food isn't better but it is no longer worth the aggravation to go to Firehouse. I do have a recommendation for upper management though. It appeared to us that you may have a problem with orders walking out the door. The young girl who came in and called out she was picking up for Uber Eats or Door Dash (we don't remember which) grabbed 2 bags without even looking at them, and couldn't get out the door fast enough, generating side looks from behind the counter and an offer to us of a free drink for how long we had to wait for our order. I could tell they knew what we saw. It's a shame this is happening with Firehouse Subs.

Wow, we're we disappointed... more mayonnaise than meat, missing ingredients, frozen meatballs, missing pickles. For $45 (3 7-8" subs), we expected a lot more. Don't waste your time or money here.

The 5 staff took nearly thirty minutes to make 2 medium subs (I had to stand up next to the counter and was told ‘uhhh we are working on that one right now”) and while waiting the staff didn’t address the man waiting at counter to order for probably 5 minutes. When they finally addressed him, it was only to let him know they would be right with him. Another 5 minutes until he was helped. When someone asked for help with the soda machine, the worked barked back that she would be a couple minutes.AFirehouse is a good place, but this location is terrible. The staff are mostly young kids who were more concerned debating some video game character’s name. I am all for a good work environment, but the kids don’t seem to care much for the customers or the experience their business offers to the people paying to eat here.Lastly, for a place that is all about hot specialty subs…. A cold, sloppy sandwich without hardly any fillings besides lettuce was a disappointment.Customers beware….

They only have two choices of bread white and wheat. They need to ditch at corporate these franchise owners get a more selective variety of bread choices. Just like the rest of the places they are overpriced for what you get. Customer service was excellent don't get me wrong but for what you pay if you get more

I ordered 2 sandwiches last night, there was only one other customer eating at a table, after ordering I walked out to my car twice on the far side of the parking lot. I waited over 30 minutes, when I came in the last time to get my order I stood by the pickup counter, I noticed the TV was playing a wrestling show and the kid making th sandwiches had his eyes glued to it, another employee notices he wasn't doing his job then started working around him to finish the job. When the kid that was watching TV was done with the sandwiches he called my name and tried to repeat what I ordered and didn't even know one of the sandwiches he just made. Not coming back to this location. ***[Oh by the way, just because the owner is going to comment below my complaint as if there SO attentive and caring doesn't make things better.]*** save your breath

After a paying customer’s order was already 7 minutes late, employee finally acknowledged me only to tell me to “cancel the order and leave” (literally, verbatim, his words) because it’s a “large order” and “it is going to take a while”. He then says they have to take care of customers orders that are here in person over a delivery order even if that order came in first. I told him that is not right because it is a paying customer and should be taken care of in the order it is received and I cannot cancel my delivery because it penalizes me as a delivery driver. He did not seem to care and said it would be an additional 15 minutes for 5 sandwiches. I counted 5 employees and there were 2 people ahead of me waiting when I arrived. They proceeded to ignore my customer’s paid order and fulfilled 5 additional orders while I waited making me 20 minutes late. This is a huge disservice to your paying customers who use delivery services and to the drivers taking your customers their food. I will not be picking up from your location in the future and encourage customers to go elsewhere, because you are clearly not a priority. And to my fellow delivery drivers, they will waste your time and don’t care if you get penalized for cancelling.

Got steak ? and cheese ? and had plenty of meat and the sandwich ? was toasted which made the meat super tender. Also fot a firehouse salad with no meat that can feed two. The peppercorn ranch was just the perfect flavor. The greens, bell peppers, carrots and cheese were super fresh. Well worth the money.

I can go in and place my order and I never wait longer than 10 minutes and that's when there are several other customers waiting for their food as well. And of course, the sandwiches are perfect every time! Firehouse Subs is my number 1 go to!!

Great food and excellent customer service. There was a problem with my order, but they fixed the issue without hesitation. We'll be back!

The crew working was very unprofessional. We waited a good 5 mins before anyone took our order. Then the person that took our order was rude!
