Firehouse Subs has quickly become my #1 choice for subs. The service is always great and the food is scrumptious!
staff was standoffish, i ordered a sub without mustard, add pepperchene peppers , and extra pickles . the sub I got had mustard, 1 pepperchene pepper and only 1 pickle spear. this is the second time I have gone there and gotten poor/ inaccurate service. Was not happy , was not going back to complain , the food tasted good just not what I ordered . Also seats needed wiping down and the floor really needed sweeping .
Ordered online and i actually forgot to complete the payment for the order. When I entered and asked they told me they had no order for me. Confirmed that info and they started on my order right away. Finished it in less than 10 minutes. No order issues three large sandwiches. Everything was neat. Not slapped together like you'd find at Macdonalds during lunch hour. V
For some reason my wife was unable to receive her birthday sandwich. Even though she has consistently come in for it. Plus my name was misspelled by employee taking my order.
Food is great service not so much they take forever to make the sandwiches take forever to ring you up and the drinks and the chips are a rip off. But the sandwiches although a little pricey, very delicious.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Funny how I call 13min before they close. Back to back to back and NO ONE answered. I pull up 11min until closing & their OPEN sign is OFF they had ONE customer inside so the door was opened otherwise I’m sure they would have locked it before they even were to close! WHO OWNS THIS FRANCHISE??? Their was 4-5 people “working” behind the counter and just “talking” not cleaning not doing nothing just leaning against the counters talking. So I said “hey I called several times so it would be ready when I got here but no one wanted to answer”, and the male worker said “ummm okay” TOTAL ATTITUDE!!!!! WHO OWNS THIS FRANCHISE???? WATCH YOUR CAMERAS FROM 8:40-9:00pm on 1-15-21 TODAY/TONIGHT AND TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT YOUR PAYING THESE EMPLOYEES TO DO!!!!!!!!!! TOTAL DISGRACE AND I LOVE THIS FOOD CHAIN!!!!!! Attached is a picture of my receipt as proof. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! PURE LAZYYYYYYY!!!2nd PICTURE SHOWS I COULDNT EVEN FINISH THE $10.00 sandwich I paid FOR DO TO HOW WET IT WAS AND I KNOW THEY HAD TO HAVE MADE IT LIKE THIS ON PURPOSE. IVE NEVER HAD a Firehouse Sub LITERALLY FALL APART IN MY HANDS. IT LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE WATER WAS POURED ALL OVER IT. whatever they did to it was FOUL!!!!! THIS IS HOW THIS FRANCHISE TREATS PAYING CUSTOMERS?!?! Also- this is the 2nd review I’ve ever made. I don’t waist time on reviews ppl will find out themselves what kind of ppl and place they have bad interactions/food with on their own. BUT THIS WAS DOWN RIGHT THEE WORST EXPERIENCE SINCE I TRIED CALLING-WALKED IN THE DOOR. I’m just in shock!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted!!!!!
Firehouse is my hands down favorite sub place. They have top of the line meats and cheeses and a great selection of toppings to round out the flavors. Don't forget to get your side pickle with your sandwich and if you're thirsty they always seem to have a coke dispenser that has plenty of options. Best of all they give back to the community fire and safety so you're not only getting a great meal, but also taking care of your neighbors and yourself.
Had never been to Firehouse Subs before. Interesting menu choices and a bit different than other sub franchises. Chose the new Cuban and spouse picked the Engineer, both in small sizes. Both were great although I thought mine was better. Fast service, friendly staff. Will have to choose a larger sandwich next time so we have leftovers!
3" little beef sub and a small cup of chili (wait for it) $10.23. What a joke. Go across the street to Wendy's for a cup of chili and the Jimmy John's for your sub.
