Great place to go to for one of the best pizza experiences.
The white girl with the glasses is terrible terribly slow service and took around 40 minutes to get a pizza. There’s around 8 pizzas sitting and none are being put in the oven. terrible.
I LOVE Fired Pie BUT this location is AWFUL! Its 7:30 on Thursday night. Four people working Incredibly slow considering there was 8 people ahead of us (7 who have yet to order). There is approximately 6 or so pizzas waiting on the table to be cooked and nothing in the oven. They all are chatting with each other behind the counter and throwing food. The guy at the register is visiting with a friend who came up to see him and one girl apparently what's in the back but decided to come out and put the pizzas in the oven finally. Fast forward a few and are to go pizzas are ready but just sitting there, done in open boxes while register guy is flirting with one of the other girls he's working with. WORST SERVICE EVER!
One employee working and a whole table of employees sitting outside. Took over 30 mins to get lunch between waiting in line with one person ahead of me and having to wait for the one employee to have to stop multiple times to take something out of the oven or to check someone out. Her service was great given the situation...but where was the manager?! Awful service. I will never get food here again.
I love the crispy crust BUT.... they really don't put much on it when you ask for a topping and I even ask for a double of one topping and they didn't do that. I had 2 pepperoni on each slice and the salad bowl wasn't even filled half way up very sad
I have had better pizza. The place was kind of run down and my pizza wasn't cooked all the way they were out of onion. I won't go back
The food was ok. But the tables were so dirty I had to grab the cleaning cloth left on a dirty table by an employee to clean a table to even have a place to sit. There were at least three extra employees starting around behind the counter. Spent about 30 min. in the restaurant. No one came to clean the lobby at all. Makes me wonder about the kitchen.
I swear the folks there make me feel like family. I've only been twice to that location but they remembered AND the joke I told. Whoa!! The food is great, the hospitality was greater and a good time was had by all. They checked on us and really made us feel like they cared. I brought my hubby there after his long and bad day and even he said he was happy we went. With everything going on in the world I don't think they know how great they are and how great they make others feel. We will definitely be back. Thanks guys and gals!!
Start off by saying Fired Pie has been my favorite pizza place for quite some time. Ordered many pizzas from different Fired Pie locations and all have been correct and delicious. The Fired Pie at Arrowhead Mall has changed this. I ordered a build your own pizza with many different toppings and waited in the dining sitting area. Pizza brought out to me and without checking(its always been correct) I left to eat at home. When I got home, I had a different pizza that I ordered and sent email stating this issue. Manager answered email and said that if I was on their app, I could get a refund. When I stated I would not join their App, all communication ceased and no refund offered. The tables were dirty and I was the only one in there ordering a pizza so not sure how this got messed up. I will now go to MOD pizza as this as turned me off completely to Fired Pie.
Look at the ceiling over the food first!!! I will never eat at this location again. While ordering i noticed grey matter in the Mac and cheese. Looking up it's the disgusting junk on the ceiling that hangs over all the food ..it's never cleaned but it's over the food. The junk up there is soooo obvious. He took the Mac to the back , scooped it out then brought it back. They didn't have any vegan cheese. The area around the soda had sticky stuff, probably soda, all over but it wasn't fresh. It was in the silverware area. I will just choose to eat at other fired pies but never this one again.
