I order wing to eat here, and the girl with glasses, omg so bad customer service! Food is ok but I don’t feel welcome in this place !
Now this is some delicious stuff. I had the honey bbq fries. Combo #2. Mix it up and eat it. The bread sticks are amazing as well.
I gave this a 3 star rating.. I've heard the food is good.. however I didn't get to try it.. the service was not there.. I waited..and waited..I wasn't even acknowledged, I am patient..but to a limit.. I realize that they maybe short staff.. and will try again.Again I heard the food is pretty good.
From SanDiego and would get strips from Wings n Things quite abit.. after moving to AZ I would go to SD to visit family/friends would stop on way back to buy large 50 piece tray of strips very "wet" to take home.. I reluctantly shared at home.. was ecstatic when one opened here... now called Epic Wings... and boy was I disappointed!!! Chicken strips very very dry & not the tenders I love.. staff wasn't very friendly and was long wait which seemed strange as wasn't busy at all! Was surprised how expensive it was, spent over $85 and I just don't get why tipping at this kind of place is even suggested it's just counter service for petes sake!!!! And what was even worse is they wanted tip added on when paying... why am I expected to tip before getting food/service!!! But because I'm a glutton for punishment... I thought maybe the poor quality was just the one time I tried again cpl weeks later thru delivery app... only to be again disappointed with how dry the chicken strips were.. Thinking I'll just have to wait to visit SanDiego again to get the quality I've been spoiled by!!
I love this place, super friendly staff and the bread is so addictive but those wings are super scrumptious ?.. Always recommending this place to everyone. Plus they offer military/veterans discount.
Loved this place when I lived in California then moved to Arizona and was sad until this location opened up and now I eat here all the time in Glendale, just wish it had the same atmosphere with a bar as well like the locations in California. Made for a great sports bar
Very limited menu. High prices and advance tip requested when placing order. I guess its positive thinking that a tip will be earned. Cost me over $16 for a 3 piece tender with 2 breadsticks and a regular drink. The wait time is 10 minutes+, and they got my order wrong (despite my advance tip) and I had to wait some more for them to remake it. By comparison, I can get 3 tenders, Texas toast, coleslaw, fries and a drink at Cane's (also fresh, not frozen chicken) for a little over $8 and the service is much faster. To have an employee just stand at the counter staring into space with nothing to do is something you'll never see at Epic Wings competitors. Also, they're now offering pizza sticks and have nearly removed chicken wings from the menu entirely. Looks like some bad management decisions. Charging more is just going to keep people away, so it appears they are imploding. The proper way to deal with the shortages and costs is to update the menu with more options, not to reduce your options and raise prices for what you have left. I won't be back.
This place is not only over priced but extremely difficult with their menu options. They don’t allow you to substitute frys instead of bread. They said they can’t do two flavors in the combo because it costs them extra money when they have to buy more mixing bowls and what not ?? like isn’t that part of running a business???? The wings themself are good. I can Go to Wingstop and get the flavors i actually Wanted for less and still be very satisfied. 1/10.
The bread WAS awesome. The wings WHERE awesome. I'm not sure why they changed the bread? It not even close to what it used to be. The wing are just as bad now too. Its sucks because I love chicken wings and when this place opened, it WAS easily the best for wings. Must be Saving a lot of money buying the cheapest chicken wings and the cheapest bread
This place is ridiculously over priced. 10 wings and a drink plus the sides (bread and veggies) for almost $26. Not to mention when you try and order the family meal, you are only allowed to choose one kind of chicken. Fries are extra. This place is a rip off. Epically overpriced. I will keep ordering from Wingstop or somewhere else.
