Haven't been here in a while and decided to use one of their coupons to get a meal for 2. In the past, going late would mean receiving older dried out chicken. Frankly, that's one of the reasons that we stopped going. Our schedule always means late dinner.This time the (4 piece dark) chicken was fresh, moist & flavorful. It came with 2 small sides (your choice), 2 salads & 3 churros. The meal was excellent. So if you run across their flyer, clip the one that says meal for 2 - $10. I'm glad to see more of their flyer ads again as it's always a great value. There's many more deals to be had on this latest one.
I ordered through drive thru...not busy..just one car ahead of me..after they ordered and drove up then it was my turn, I started ordering the the young person kept saying please hold then I would start again... finally ordered...same meals 4 piece with two side...when I got home..two slaws where in one container with the chicken and two Mac and cheese where in the other with the chicken. All this that I mentioned could have been fixed with a simple sorry for the inconvenience...I know things happen, been in the business for 40 and I'm a current executive chef...I know things can happen however...the chicken was horrible...the breast was so dry and hard to chew..most of both orders chicken was so over cooked it was hard to eat...want to have ur dinner ruined eat here...no excuse why customers have to eat poor quality product like this...this company has been in business for awhile...and u serve guest inferior product and expect customers to come back??In excusable...it's a shame, I eat at other pollo loco restaurants and never had this problem.Thank you Chef Drew

Shout out to Robert S. He provided amazing customer service. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. We showed up 40 minutes before closing and he treated us with full energy. I was very impressed by his service. The food we took home was great too. I did take the survey on the receipt but was unable to mention employees. He deserves praise ?.
Great food and quick service. Love the online ordering and pickup for lunch orders for work. Food is always ready, tastes amazing, and prepared according to your order.
I was very surprised by the chicken. I swear the size of the pieces were just a tad bigger than cornish hens. Also no salsa bar. If they are going to up the prices, at least bring back bigger pieces. The chicken was dry. They cooked it probably like when the pieces were bigger. Not a fan. Anymore.
The chicken they gave me was super dry, it tasted like it had been sitting there all day! That's why I quit coming to Pollo Loco 6 years ago, I took a chance tonight and again the chicken was old and dry! No more Pollo Loco for me, at least not this location! Maybe my dog will want it?
Location was clean, food was good. Tried their tamales, not bad. I always get the tostada salad (taco). I love the cilantro lime dressing. This location had a bad smell in the men's room and it wasn't what you may think.
I used to love the chicken nachos. Im not sure what changed recently. I came in and ordered the nacho. It was the Most Disgusting Food you could ever imagine. Everything tasted old and like Slop thrown together. The chips werent fresh. The pico was old mashy tomatoes. Beans were runny and gross. How does a place like this even stay in busy. Yall need to learn what Fresh is. I will Never eat here again.
