Beware, when you ask for a toasted bagel they just heat it up. It's not actually toasted. In fact, the cream cheese isn't even warm and runny. They're sacrificing real toasting for speed.
Delicious 6 cheese bagel. Nice staff. Great place to have coffee with a friend on a weekend morning.
Came in with a huge 20 person party and they were all incredibly nice. Also the bagel sandwiches are to die for

Fast and easy, great for office bagels in the AM for the early meeting! Order ahead and get coffee in a box as well to save overuse of kiereg when everyone's going for the coffee! Always a favorite for the staff and early AM meetings

This is my first time ever to a einsteins bagels. And it will be my last. The customer service here is aweful. Not only was I ignored for the better part of my waiting to order. No guidance was give on needing to order away from the register. Instead the employees pointed and laughed to themselves that i was standing in the wrong place an was forced to go stand in a line that had then started to form. I felt completely shamed for just standing in the wrong spot. The front cashier gal was rude and took my order and then took another ten minutes to collect the money. This place just makes no sense at all. Will not be back. Rather go to Starbucks
Today my experience was terrible. I placed a door dash and had to wait 40 min, I had alot of food and nothing was labeled. They employees acted like they did not want to do the job! No smiles! It's 615am. Only 2 ppl were working!? Why? Not a good experience. I was getting food for my company and o have recommended not to use this establishment again!
