So, just want to be clear. I love this location, the people are usually very kind and friendly. It’s close to my house and I go there often. The manager has always been super kind as well.The one thing that’s been really upsetting is the customer service from corporate apparently. I reached out twice, through a survey and through the “contact us” option on the main website. We went for Father’s Day and got a lot of bagels for the family and we’re excited to have a great breakfast. Unfortunately it was all literally inedible and I couldn’t go back because it was close to closing. I requested being contacted back twice since Father’s Day. It’s been a long time now and not a single word, call or email. Just really sad, we spent a decent amount that day on bagels that we literally just had to throw out and nobody helped out. Just sucked they didn’t care to try and contact back when it was requested.It could be fixed super quick, I come there often. It was just a mistake by this location, it happens and not mad at them but it would’ve been nice to have it taken care of instead of ignored :/
The cashier with blonde hair treated my girlfriend with such disrespect. She didn’t hear her say bacon so she decided to explain the rules in a rude tone which made her not want to eat. Thanks Einstein you made my gf not want to eat. Then she decided to tell me that all sandwhiches were toasted in a condensing way. She could explain it without getting mad it was our first time there. We won’t go back
Slowest Einsteins I’ve ever been toooThe staff has no urgency, basically sleep walking…Took 13 minutes to order, then that much waiting for 1 pizza bagel.Might as well go somewhere else if you’re hungry
Love this Einstein! Everyone here is super friendly. I usually come in after a morning workout around 7 am. Green Chile and Spinach are my favorites. Make sure to download the app for free coffee and other perks!
Fresh! One thing I like about this location. The manager is way cool. He works very hard to please his customer's so you be very nice to him! Not very many left like that guy. They always pretty much have availability on hand. Clean place too.
Einstein's bagels this restaurant is awesome Pablo is absolutely fantastic in the food is always great I try and eat there at least once a month
This location is clean and has the best staff! I drive it of my way for this location due to it kind and safe environment. Again the staff is everything! Fast friendly and efficient! ❤️

Staff was friendly and worked hard to get orders out during a very busy time of the morning. My order was correct and served with a smile ( eye crinkled due to masks lol)Very pleased with my visit. Sorry no pictures, I ate it ?
What a joke! Came here to get a breakfast sandwich for my wife after she delivered our baby and she didn’t want hospital food. Order a toasted bagel with egg sausage and cheese, didn’t think I needed to open it up and check such a simple order. Got back to the hospital she opened up an cold non toasted bagel, cold egg, hey a warm sausage which was cool, and no cream cheese or any cheese for that matter! $9 on a bagel sandwich. All the manager could say was “we are training a new person” well I think they need to train a new manger! Very poor service!!
