Absolutely terrible I ordered food and my delivery person stood there for 30 minutes communicating with me the entire time and the staff was not making my order and prioritizing everybody that was in the store even though I am also a paying customer.
Want even noon yet and the shelves were nearly bare. Very disappointing. But service was fast and friendly.
We went there around noon, so they didn't have a great selection of doughnuts. The staff was friendly, however. We were the only ones there.
This isn't my favorite location. It was for a while but then an older lady started working there often at the register and she was not pleasant at all, so I no longer patronize this location and will drive out of my way to another nearby.
Doughnuts and coffee are excellent. But service is consistently slow. Usually must wait several minutes for plain black coffee. Typically only one register is open, and wait in line can be painfully slow. Bring your patience!
Overall a good location. Lots of young kids and sometimes gets backed up; however it's always delicious. Forgot my phone on counter and Dunkin employee turned it in
Find me delivery driver and I would suggest anybody that's going to order Donuts to be delivered to them or breakfast sandwiches go to Bosa Donuts they don't wait until all the orders that are walked in to make the orders that have already been paid for I was giving them the benefit of the doubt because most of my orders have coffee sandwiches but this last order had one dozen donuts took me 12 minutes to drive there in 10 more minutes to wait for them to decide to make the freaking Donuts
Very rude and discriminatory service my family and I received from Leah the cashier. She is disrespectful to guests and says things about people of darker skin that is inappropriate and unprofessional. This establishment needs new management.
3rd time going here , and they need more workers for morning rush. Ridiculous wait! I even hear door dasher and uber eats complain about how bad it Is even with there orders. I'll be going to a different location. Sorry Dunkin, hope this situation gets better.
Stopped in this morning and ordered my normal. There was a long line of people waiting for their food so I was expecting my food to be hot as it appeared they were making everyone’s items fresh. My hash-browns and bacon were cold. My bagel bites were also cold. It took even longer for my drink to come. Cashiers were friendly but the person putting food on the counter was rude.
