This place has done well in the past, but today i ordered from them with uber eats like i always do and instead of them saying they didnt have certain items on the website they just waited until my driver got there to tell them they didnt have my items. So i didnt get my donuts and now i have to wait for my refund for a few days. Instead of trying to trick people into buying the donuts no one else wanted through out the day you should update your stuff online so people dont get disappointed with you.
They consistently fail to add my pumps of flavoring to my iced coffee. Today they decided to not even stir it. I took a drink and it was all the Splenda at the bottom. Come on guys, do better!
Quality location due to staff that's driven and personable. Love this location and frequently drive slightly out of the way for the better quality here. The extended drive up line helps and moves quickly.Plan ahead as during certain times this location can be popular due to the options and quality they have here.Pro tip is to place an order ahead or when on the way for either in store or drive thru pick up. Saves time for you and the store. All while making any customizations to the order easier to convey.

Drive thru is a joke. If you want your coffee quickly DO NOT USE the drive thru here*after waiting 45 minutes the manager told me I need to “come in next time I see a line” and proceeded to be extremely rude. This whole store is trash
Today, I ordered a Strawberry Frosted w/ Sprinkles Donut and a Caramel Iced Coffee for breakfast. I haven’t visited the Glendale area since 2015 when my bestie and I often ordered from this specified Dunkin’. I highly recommend this Dunkin’ branch as the woman who assisted w/ my order had been friendly, efficient, and generous as to provide a tiny pile of napkins.
Well let's start off with this front counter help. Came in with the family for coffee and doughnuts and the front service was horrible. After we placed the order we get our coffee's and Macha. How do you mess up the coffee orders if they just got ordered. The girl who was handing out the orders is all confused and talking out loud and to herself. We all finished our beagles doughnuts and my son in law was waiting on his avocado toast. He walked up to counter asked for his order and still waited. When he gets it he bites into some plastic. This place is a joke . Don't waste your time or money at this location
Their ice coffee is never cold! If I wanted hot coffee I would order it not a watery ice cofee that is melted. This location use to be awesome.
Worst experience ever. Got to the drive thru and there was 5 cars ahead of me it took them 40 mins to get to me and all the orders seemed simple the car in front of me got 1 drink the car ahead of her got 1 bag and the time in between cars was about 10-15 mins. When i got to the window a very unpolite young lady gave me my order and i still had to wait another 5 mins for my drink to get made. When i saw inside the window it looked like they had about 5-7 people in the front which seems alot for such a slow service. When i received my drink it was messy, dripping milk. This used to be my go to location for Dunkin since it was on the way, guess its time to change ? ?♀️
