Sunday July 10 at 8:15PM, I came in dominos store on 51st ave and northern, to order Chocolate Lava crunch cake. A male cashier asked me are you picking up order ? I said No, can I order a chocolate cake please? He looked at his manger and then ask, are we taking new order? She said no. Then He said Sorry, our system is down . We can’t take any order . I was confused because there were customers picking their food and I politely asked “ can I order and pay online? And then a female manager came up to me and said we’re short staff right now and we can’t take new order. There were 4 pizza makers working and It’s not like I came in at 11Pm trying to order 10 pizza’s on a Sunday night. I even said I know you guys are busy and I can wait for my order. Don’t worry. I only wanted to order a desert chocolate cake for my nephew. The female manger refused to serve me and take my order . And she said you can go to a different store and order it. On top of this bad customer experience from the workers at the store, the male cashier told me”we’re hiring right now if you need a job”. I was stunned and confused what just happened. I left the store feeling humiliated and the workers started laughing. I didn’t do anything wrong and this is how dominos store treated me. I will never spend money with Dominos. I hope you start treating customer with respect. Come to this store if you want bad customer service and experience.
Nothing bad I can say about the employees there or Domino's itself. Once a part of my order wasn't delivered and they more than made up for it.
Creepiest deliver guy ever. He almost walked straight into my place. I had to block him out of my apartment to prevent him from coming in, and he gets uncomfortably close to you, and opens his bag and makes you reach down to get the drink. Honestly I think it’s to smell you. I hate this guy. Telling the store is useless because you can’t: they never answer the phone. I’m on hold as I write this in hopes they pick up before I’m done. But they won’t. If you order from here and get a middle aged skinny dude opening a screen/security door to knock on the already open front door, just get your pepper spray and other self defense weapons ready- he’s eventually going to lose whatever awful urges he has been trying to suppress and just go full-on assault mode.
Given the wrong items and tried to call ahead so I can pick it up and leave. Sat for 10 mins on the phone for no answer and i come to get another pizza and the empolyees are just standing around. Not impressed and definitely annoyed by this location. Dominos is slipping
HORRIBLE to say the least!!My order is still not here. How did the delivery driver Brandon say it’s delivered when it’s not!! It’s been over an hour since he was “coming” and guess what!? You call to ask for manager (COURTNEY) and you get transferred to her supposedly and you only get the run around that to wait 5-7 min!!!Worst experience ever!!!!!Never again will I ever order from dominos again. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this is just UNACCEPTABLE!!0 STARS!!!!!
I can't speak for other's review on this location, but I am a customer and I like this store's team work, I'm also an online customer and I do take advantage of the coupons for free pizza and the other cool discount coupons. I never had a problem with my food, delivery, pick up... Nothing at all... The store is clean, lately manager has been working the shifts, he's nice and very concerned for your order is correct, any difficulty he will quickly solve it... I know this cause I frequently eat Dominos.
Pizza was good. But was never started. Staff apologized for the error. But did not change the fact that I waited in my car an extra 20 minutes while they made the order.
Thanks to the domino's tracker app I was able to watch my pizza sit in the store for an hour getting cold. My food finally showed up and was super cold. Worst experience ever.
There fast for being in a busy location., Some employees may mess up the ingredients but if it's intentional I recommend you leave a comment because there is employees who get payed to work and there's employees who work to get payed.Decipher that one but all around a good store, good people like I said a bad apple will never ruin a tree for me a snake will. Stay right across from this Dominos and only once out of the 24 times that I've called have they ever answered the phone. When I had made an o line purchase about an hour ago now. They had called and left a voice mail. Called them back, not even 2 minutes apart and after 4 tries could not get ahold of them. Looked at my email and said my ordered was then canceled. The communication and lack of customer care and or satisfaction is upmost horrible. And I never leave bad reviews. Very disappointed with this place. Especially since I am 1 minute away from this particular Dominos.
