Showed up with my pizza over an hour late I asked what was going on if they can wait a minute cause I was calling the store and he said I'll just leave it's cold and I asked him to wait nicely and he still persisted on leaving when I tried paying for the food he wouldn't let me touch the pizza and see if it was cold I said I would pay for it and he wouldn't even hand me the food and walked away worse customer service I've ever had do not go here I've tried calling to talk to a manager for over 30 minutes now
Everybody's nice and friendly but because my order always consists of a pizza with no garlic sauce it's 50/50 that I'll get that.
Got me in and oit before the playoff game with 3 large pizzas in 15 minutes. Pizzas were great
Placed an order at 1:21pm through Mobil app. Received confirmation and estimated delivery of 30-45 min. 1 hour later app tracking status stated "checking for quality." Checked back 15 min later...still same status. Tried contacting store stayed on the phone line for 40 minutes with absolutely no answer and was automatically disconnected. Still no pizza at 3:25pm. Then received a message that my order had been cancelled saying "unable to fulfill my order." I get things happen and they may be short staffed like the rest of the country, but a notice sooner that 2 hours later would have been nice.
*I have only been here once* but I was pleased with everything. I got my order on time, accurate and for a good price. The staff was quick and helpful. I will try this Domino’s again in the future.
As long as you never need to call the actual store (Once they took 60+ minutes to deliver a 20 minute ETA order - Tried calling 10+ times - good luck having them ever answer.....) this is a 5 star Dominos. They're fast, always accurate, and the delivery drivers are extremely polite.I won't dock them for that one time error - we all make mistakes.
Wow my 1st time ordering from Domino by me, wow got, absolutely delicious and perfect delivery. I feel bad with 15% tip, but will increase that next time. My bad!
Yesterday, a delivery driver chose to park her truck in the wheelchair accessible spot, making it impossible to help my wheelchair-bound mother get next door (the truck blocked the ramp as well). The Dominos employee looked to be an older blonde woman. She made eye contact with me as she got out of the truck and shrugged. Is it a rule that your drivers use these spots only for delivery drivers?
Ordered a pizza and made sure it was not contactless and after waiting for an hour there was no pizza I checked outside and my pizza has been left outside for 40 minutes with no doorbell or knock when I called the store to see when it was delivered they where very rude to me when I just requested the time it was delivered to make sure my food was safe. do not recommend at all
Order was wrong! BBQ sauce pizza had absolutely NO SAUCE! . After holding for 24 minutes I hung up! Couldn’t get it fixed!! Curbside was also late!! This location has been good in the past but not tonight?
