Very busy when we got there but orderly. They set us at a booth but I'm a big guy and we asked for a table. No problem. Enjoyed our chicken fried chicken and the waitress was very good. Certainly experienced. They should be glad they have her in the way things are today. We've been trying off and on to get in here since they opened. Who knew Dennys could be so popular. We'll be back.

I was going to just order for pickup but my daughter wanted to go in. Even though I was reluctant, I gave in. I am glad we did! There wasn't a lot of people there and our server, Destiny, was AMAZING!!! She was quick with getting us our beverages & taking our order. She was also a lot of fun to talk with! I would recommend this Denny's & when I return, I most certainly will be asking for Destiny to be my server!!

Sarah had excellent service and was very attentive to our needs while eating at this location. Definitely very friendly and carried herself well when helping others. Made this place pleasant to eat at and very enjoyable compared to other locations i have been to. Definitely look forward to having Sarah as my server next time around. Thank you.

yes I'd recommend this denny's on 4303 w Peoria ave ... tried the strawberry pancake puppies .. I liked them ... had a french toast slam also n it was good. staff was very friendly. hostess and waitress were great. today misty was our waitress n we think she did an awesome job tending to our needs. she was very kind and considerate and also exceptionally astounding and exceeded our expectations.

This place is always sketchy at best, but Saturday was really ridiculous. Arrived at 8:30 pm. Ordered Slam with 2 eggs over hard, hash browns, bacon and English Muffin plus coffee. Husband ordered Hams over My Hammy sandwich and iced tea. Waitress brought water and tea quickly, but I had to ask for the coffee 10 minutes later. Dinner arrived 45 minutes later. We didn't complain, we know everyone is short- handed. But my order was missing the eggs and had ham instead. I told the manager (I think). He said he wasn't going to charge us for the ham and would get those eggs. The eggs took another 15 minutes and at the end he did charge for the ham. I did complain about that. So he got surly about that and asked for the ham back. I kid you not. So someone got the ham I left on the plate. Bye bye Dennys.

We were seated really fast. Our server Nate was awesome he had fantastic energy and was very attentive and helpful 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Went in to have breakfast last night and unfortunately Alyssa B was our server. First issue was that she got one of our pancake orders wrong and it wasn’t a problem, we just corrected it and asked her to get what we ordered. She instead went to the food line and told them that we changed our minds and didn’t want what she brought us, obviously false. She ended up neglecting our table and send another server to check on us. My sausage was cold, cut into BOTH and they were raw still. Very visibly pink. I showed it to her before we left and she replied with “okay?”wasn’t asking for a refund or anything. Just wanted her to let them know that’s not how you should cook the sausage and she said that all their sausages come like that. Asked if I wanted them to make it again. Obviously I don’t want them to cook it again if it’s going to come exactly the same lol. I’m pregnant, not interested in getting food poisoning but thanks for asking Alyssa. Your lucky my friend was nice enough to tip you still because I sure wasn’t planning to after that.

My sister and I traveled from Dallas to Phoenix to visit our brother, who we hadn't seen in decades. We had a meal at this Denny's Mar 8, 2022. It was a real good experience. We had the Patty Melt, Alaskan Salmon, Chicken Fried Chicken, & a couple Panookies. All the food was fresh, cooked right, & tasty. But the best part of the visit was our waiter, Oscar. He was extremely friendly, patient, & helpful, without being intrusive. If I still managed a restaurant (which I used to), I would hire him in a heartbeat. Great experience.

If I could select 0 stars I would. I ordered through the Dennys website and picked up my order. I took my food back because the bread on both of the sandwiches was burnt, seriously surprised they feel comfortable serving something like that. I could literally smell burnt toast as soon as I opened the bag. I brought them back and the customer service was horrible. I was not rude at all and they were so "bothered" by my request for a refund. There was no apology for wasting my time, gas, and money. I paid with a card and the manager she said she had to check her computer to see if she could refund me for my online order. Two seconds after I sat down she opened the register and took out the total of my sandwiches, NOT including taxes and said here's your refund. I was so over it I just left.You're a manager in a restaurant! Customer service should be a priority! Definitely do not recommend.
