I am beyond disappointed in the service. The kids food came, they ate, and we are still waiting on our food. The table was not cleared off, never asked for drink refills. Worst service ever. Will NEVER return. Will NEVER recommend to anyone.
Wasn't expecting anything and still ended up pretty disappointed by this experience. They left the rice in the plastic bag in the middle of the plate. The Kale salad was exclusively kale, nothing else. Drinks were horrible too. More sugar than anything else
horrible service...the girl at the front where we buy tickets was super rude and seemed as if she didn't want to be there. staff ignored ignored us when trying to order more food or drinks. bathroom was a hot mess n some stalls were out of toilet paper. we won't be back.

This location specifically is awful! The staff is RUDE. The games are always broken or taking double the tokens because they don't work properly, so you DO NOT get what you pay for. Take your kid to Peter Piper Pizza; instead, you will get way more for your money.
We recently went back and they have new items in the menu that are good like shrimp tacos, carne asada tacos, etc. The service was outstanding, the flavor on the food was great. The only downside was i got sick from eating the shrimp tacos. The games we didnt stay and play because it was packed they should create a better flow system so everyone gets to play and also only allow a certain number of people at a time its gets so full here its hard to walk in the crowds.
Fun place for kids and grown ups. We celebrated a birthday on a Saturday, without reservations, and by 12:30pm the place was already busy. Our server Sam was great and very intuitive to our needs.The food was good, but some of the mixed drinks from the bar were overly sweet or it was hard to taste any alcohol.I'd recommend you make reservations for parties of you can.
great fun and games and great food
The staff here is great. My family and I went here for the games there was a fantastic bar and the environment is the perfect mix for adults and kids. The food here is wonderful as well. You can always expect good things from Dave and Buster's.
Good, but lacking in a lot of important things. The food is good, but pretty expensive for pretty mediocre food. The staff is nice and helpful and even the bartenders are friendly. One big issue is, the games are lacking in quality. You'll walk around to find just the most basic games ever, and even then, there's a chance it'll just be boring or won't even work correctly (Except for dance dance revolution. That game works fine anywhere you go). But they'll have broken games, games that are so outdated that my phone has better quality games, or games that are more boring (or harder) than they should be for the amount of credits they take. Overall, good decent experience but lacking in a lot of areas, especially with the food (Don't even bother with the boneless chicken they have, they're literally just Chicken Tenders... but dry because they've been in a hot case for hours on end. My friend and I thought they were gonna be boneless chicken wings, they definitely were not. And for some reason you only received maybe 4 small tenders and some carrots that were so disgusting I don't think a rabbit would even eat them, and celery that was just average celery. So just buy a hamburger or something "safe" or even go to a nearby restaurant to eat). I recommend going to Main Event instead. At least they have laser tag and bowling + an arcade area.
