Amazing, though the drive thru lines may be long, I don't blame them.
The staff here is awesome super nice and professional.. and I've never had a bad experience as far as the food is concerned either always delicious
Consistent BOGO Blizzard coupons keep us coming back. Staff is fairly efficient and drive thru moves quick. Bar patio next door can be annoying when crowded and rowdy drunks walking to their cars cross your path on the way in if dining in.
Drive thru takes literally 30min! There was only me & 2 other cars! The just wasn't moving. Gave me the wrong order twice. Ice cream was melted. Went inside to get the right order and they tell me it isn't available. After waiting 30 min? They could have told me at the speaker box. I go here quite often since it's around the corner from my house, there is another DQ at 67ave and Deer valley. You practically drive straight through and my order is right every time. Never waited longer than 5 min. I will never go back to the 59Ave and Greenway location again
I am very disappointed and frustrated with my his location. I just now waited 26 mins in the drive thru only to get to the drive thru window and b told that ," oh we have a new system, can't process ur EBT card, ( that I used just yesterday for lunch at the very same location) u can't get the food for u and ur family." Which we all had high hopes in getting. We made special trip all together, which is extremely hard to do with a special needs child, out to get. There was no signage or fare warning. So we wasted time, gas and a good evening over they're issues. We were turned away, food just going to waste and a family very upset and wronged in my eyes because they don't have their system working properly.
Ice cream is amazing,but it takes about 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and I go quite often for about 5 years now and it's 20-30 minutes everytime
So much better!! Nicer, friendlier staff and the restaurant is so much cleaner since the new owner took over!! Keep up the great work
Dairy Queen is a great place to go if you feel like having something sweet like ice cream. They also have some good food available.
Ice cream is fine, employees in the back complaining they only get $1 for a tip. Just something I overheard while eating inside.
waited 20+ minutes in the dining area for my food to go and it all came out cold! pretty sure you could find a bum in the streets who would wanna work more then the kids in the back here!!
