Great ice cream and great location. I prefer Brusters over this but cant go wrong with either.
Workers need to wear a hair net specially if they have long hair.
I don't recommend this location. The employees are super rude and rush you. They will give you attitude take your money somewhere else.
I have been several times and continue to go to this location and all but once it's been great. The one time I did have an issue (more than a year ago) the owner (not just a manager), contacted me directly and MORE THAN MADE UP for the issue. I can't say enough but the customer service on a week to week basis but then the way the owner took responsibility and went way above and beyond was more than impressive. This is why this is the only Cold Stone I will go to when possible. Thank you Bill.
I've always gone to this location before and had great service but the employees that work there now are not the best. The last couple times I've gone some of the employees are not even working and messing around with their friends. There was a long line almost to the freezer and a group of guys and myself were at the end of it and one of the girls pulled these guys aside that ended up being friends of hers and made their orders first. Not the most professional sadly.

I wish there was a way to upload a video. Four employees were there but only two were working. I have video of two young men standing at the cash register talking while a line of customers waited. The other two employees one male one female were working hard but just couldn’t keep up.

Came on a date with my wonderful girlfriend only for them to tell me they were closed at 745pm on a Tuesday! I want sorbet!
Ice cream was good but the employees is what earned the 5 stars. They were crazy busy and were all still nice and worked fast. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything.
