I ordered 2 ice creams online BOTH with Reeces peanut butter cups and the 2 employees working made the ice creams in front of my face, didn’t say they were out of of Reeces but instead put peanut butter in it. If I knew this ahead of time, I would’ve went somewhere else. And when I went in, I stood there for a while awkwardly while they were making other to go orders and I didn’t get greeted or they didn’t say they’ll be with me in just a few, nothing. No customer service skills. Let’s just say I’m never coming here again and I’m calling tomorrow hoping there’s a manager to get a refund on top of the tip I gave them.
I’ve had no previous problems at this location so this review is specifically for this one incident. I’ve waited almost a year for the “at the end of the rainbow“ flavor to come back and I was very disappointed. While the ice cream did have the Lucky Charms marshmallows and I believe marshmallow cream, it had absolutely no flavor other than that. I’m quite positive that the regular cereal was not mixed in that particular batch. I ended up having to throw it away because it’s lack of taste.
Rudest young teens work there now. They spend more time entertaining boys and friends than serving customers! . Customer service 0! I was given ice creams in bags covered with goop and goo. No utensils or napkins. When I asked to have to changed. The girl did one the. Threw the other at me and said “I don’t have time for this sh*t! Clearly no adults watching this zoo! Serious food safety issues.
I ordered a photo cake for a pickup on Saturday afternoon, and the entire store was closed! No one answered my phone calls, or emails, and no one informed me that the store was going to be closed on Saturday. Now my cake is in their freezer and I cannot pick it up. What a waste of $70! Corporate is for sure going to hear about thisUPDATE:Since no one responded and it didn't seem like I was able to receive the cake I ordered, I went to the nearest grocery store to buy a backup cake.I finally get a call from the store at 6:00PM stating they "had issues with the store opening that day, and that I can pick up the cake now".I drove to pick up the cake, then staff tells me there is no PhotoCake order. It wasn't until several minutes later that someone found my cake.I wasn't able to pick up my cake until over six hours later, and spent money on extra cakes because staff was poorly organized and didn't know about orders at their store. This was an awful experience, and even though the cake was delicious it doesn't make me want to order and spend $70 at Cold Stone again.
I just went there and brought triple berry ice cream and other ice cream and triple berry yogurt is vegan so i brought it but i got some sharp metal pieces in them and i am so worried

Great customer service. 10/10 experience. We went on Saturday night and received great care and ice cream.
The absolute worst customer service. The childen they hire spend more time complaining about work than actually working and when they do work they are slower than molasses. The only reason I do go there is because they are the only one that carry butter pecan in my area.
