Went in on Friday and the restaurant was okay, not the cleanest. I stood at the counter for 7 minutes before one of the few people working right there came to take my order. As I was waiting for that and watching them get the orders out the one guy was telling her that I was there and she just snapped at him. Made me feel like I shouldn't have been there. As I was waiting to place my order I noticed the sign say they were out of Boba. I still waited to ask an employee to confirm that it was the current situation. It was, so I left. Will probably not be going there anytime soon. Not the best service and the energy was terrible for a place next to Westgate where the vibe is young, lively, and opened.
First off, thank you ❤️. Second, the young ladies that worked 4/25/22 @ 9:50pm , were awesome. They accommodated me very well, I had Apple Pay and didn’t know they’re machines were down, had to stop by the bank & they were very patient. Some customers were giving them a small problem. (They were literally standing there complaining) ? but I will definitely be back ! And Thank you guys again. ❤️
It says that it's open until 10pm. I went there around 8pm and it was already closed. Please update the times so I don't waste my time driving there. The last time I went they only had 2 choices of ice cream, they used to have alot of choices.
The food was really good . We got the churro sundaes, later that night me and my fiance both had the runs and extremely uncomfortable tummy pains all night long ..... was very strange and I know it was from here because me and him didn't eat anything together that day but the churros
the place is small, but with a hip flare. the churros are crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. I will say you have to try it cause they're amazing. I do recommend that 2 people can share the churro sundae unless you want your own then get the mini churro sundae

The franchise owners feel it's ok to body shame and demean their young employees!! who do you think you are? what makes you think this is ok to talk to our youth like this or anyone for that matter??? that shows YOUR character or lack there of why would this community continue to support a business that lacks integrity? Word of mouth what if this was your child they were spoken to like this?????
Ordered the Tara bubble tea and my mom ordered the matcha green tea frappe as well as the churro. They were good. Customer service was not! No where to sit inside but waited for a table to free up outside. Overall I don’t think I’ll visit this location again.
My overall experience with this coffee shop was very poor. I'm somewhat unfamiliar with this area and was looking for a quiet place to grab coffee and work on school work.The Coffee was very good, and the store appeared to be clean. Although Several aspects and events occured that made me never want to return was...1. I put money in the the tip jar and walked out and got in my car. As I was getting situated 3 employees ran over to my car and told me to give the money back. I was very confused at first wondering what they were talking about at first, and then one employee said I had taken money from the tip jar. I explained politely as possible and said "I didn't take anything, I was putting money in." They then walked back into the store without apologizing for accusing me of steeling.2. They didn't have Indoor seating3. They said they didn't have public wifi, although my computer showed 2 networks with the company name and on the front door there was a symbol for Wifi.
3.5 stars…boba tastes like nothing. The pumpkin ice cream is good. The chicken is dry, but the sweet and sour sauce is good. The churros are unsurprisingly excellent.
