This is a great location. Service is always outstanding. Not a lot of dine in parking spots. Drive thru goes extremely fast. Great easy menu and pricing. Well lit kid friendly. Management is top of its game always. Clean place. Highly recommended
Where should I start. First time at this location. Seemed ok. The guy outside taking orders seemed friendly & knowledgeable. Seemed to get the order right, but I was wrong.Got to the window & drinks were handed out first. 3 drinks were ordered & it seemed like too much effort on the employee when he was asked which drink was the Arnold Palmer. "See, the buttons on the lid pushed in are"... la-la-la-la-la. Like we're supposed to know the drink code that has nothing to do with what's ordered really. Buttons were pushed on all. Diet is pushed and nothing is that description. Then 2 iced teas have ice when they were clearly ordered without ice. The manager cut a look like ...well you know that look. I also heard his mumbling. Not good.I don't have to explain why I ordered no ice.Rushing at the window! Food was shoved into a bag too small and it was ripping, but move along please.Then the food was not fresh and had been around a bit. Spicy strips had no spice and they were hard. Like I said, laying around for a bit. I'll stay with the location that I know is good and it finally reopened.
The food is always good here. Staff is friendly, and courteous in my experience. Chik-fil-a has the best chicken in my opinion. Just wish they weren't closed on sundays!
Always on point and timely in preparing food. The line might be a bit long due to excellent services (not like fast food establishments). My mobile orders were always there on time. The in person orders took a bit more than 4 mins to be prepared. But the quality is worth the wait. Prices are ranging between 10 to 14 for combos which I will readily pay for the qualities.
They don't give you any time to look at the menu. They just stand there and hover, super annoying as our first time there. Spicy chicken sandwich was too spicy for someone who likes spicy. There was nothing special about it.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! I ordered ahead on the app and picked up inside at the counter. Their app is working pretty well, compared to so many other fast food apps that should just be deleted.My regular grilled chicken sandwich and waffle fries were delicious as usual. I just wish it wasn't so expensive! ?I would have loved to eat outdoors in the shade but the parking lot is so organized, there isn't room for trees.
Great food, Amazing staff! They were so patient while all three kids that I had ordered their own food. (Sometimes talking over each other)
I just want to thank Frank who was working in the dining room. He greeted me from the start and was very courteous. Made me feel very welcome and asked me if I needed anything to just let him know. He did this while he was hustling around wiping down tables and taking out trash, etc. He had a great attitude and I truly appreciated his effort. Thanks again
I would’ve selected zero stars if that was an option. This location needs to get it together. Anytime I’ve ordered catering online the day before with ample notice, it is never ready on time. I don’t understand where their priorities are or why they don’t have a process in place to accommodate people that are obviously scheduling ahead of time for a reason. If my team didn’t love the stupid chicken minis so much I would never come here. I will definitely go out of my way to visit the Arrowhead location in the future, with better ownership and overall leadership.
