Never seen lettuce or tomato on a cheesesteakAnd did not have the contents to make the sandwich I tried to order the jalapeño one. Was excited for this place but was a let down. Tried a regular cheesesteak and tasted dry and disappointing. Have had Charley’s at other locations and never had these problems.
Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak today, friendly customer service, but the food was not good. The meat was dried and I ask for extra mushroom and onion, think there was 2 pieces of mushrooms and almost no onions.
The lemonade is good, friendly staff The cheesesteaks are different, I have never had lettuce and tomatoe on a cheesesteak before but, it was really good. Fries are crispy and the ketchup is good. The prices are a little high so it won't be an everyday stop and eat place but on occasion I will.
Wish there was more meat ?.I mean the sandwich tasted great but for $7 for the small size it should come with a bit more meaty bits - better meat to bread ratio is needed.
I spent $60 for 3 people and a kids meal and regret it!! Save your money and time go to portillos. First off these are steak subs not cheese steaks! fries were soggy, the "gourmet" fries had a tiny bit of cheese sauce and a little bit of what looked to be bacon that may have been boiled. The "chicken" nuggets, and i used quotes because it was not chicken were spongy and disgusting. Even the McDonald's that used would have been an improvement, save yourself and heed the warning.
I will start by saying my gal liked the wings, and said the blue cheese sauce was amazing..That being said, this was one of the worst Philly cheese steaksI have ever had. Not even as good as subway,and a mere fraction of what Jersey Mike's offers..The cheese was hard and stretchy, the entire sandwich was dry,and had very little flavor for having onion, pepper, and mushrooms..It was just very bland, and not a good sandwich..The cheese fries were cold, and seemed under-cooked, and the cheese/keso sauce tasted like it was straight out of a jaroff the shelf from the dollar store..The entire meal tasted like it was from the food courtat the worst mall in America, and the cost was super priceyfor such a bad meal.10 wings, cheese fries, large sub and 2 drinks.. $40Chalk this one up to; had to try it, and now that we did,we're quite certain we'll never go back..
The four staff members working at the cash register and in the kitchen 4/2/2022 @9pm are phenomenal workers. These four staff members deserve a raise. I hope you guys keep these workers. All four workers have outstanding customer service and work ethic. Due to their customer service (and of course good food) Charley’a will be at the top of my list when I do eat fast food.
I've got to say Charley's is a welcome addition to the area I used to eat at the Deer Valley 30 location every time I went to the movies but having said that this location has some improving to do I guess they made a mistake on one of my sandwiches and threw it out since they don't have a warmer my other food got cold waiting for the new sandwich to be remade other wise it was good.
Food was fresh and made correctly, employees were all working hard and very friendly. This location just opened and it has been busy, so I was impressed with the service and food!
Have you ever had a "bad" day? We all have had bad days...and that's what these guys / gals are going through. I've learned that nothing runs perfectly right the first time around and while I'm not defending them I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. They have a few " kinks" to work out. If you're not satisfied with the service/food you should speak with the manager. How else are they are going to know they're falling short of good service? Apparently they must be doing something right because the place was full of people and the line was out the door!
