I don’t eat a Buffalo Wild Wings often. But we came in at about 1:45pm. Took a couple minutes before anyone saw us to seat us. But got our drinks & our food. The fries were very mushy. My daughter is also a huge cheeseburger lover. And she just couldn’t eat the burger at all. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap which is always good. But to be completely honest. The service SUCKED! We were there before 2pm, even ordered before 2pm actually hit and they couldn’t honor their lunch special to us. Also our waitress had no personality. Her and another waitress even sat at a table both on their phones. I have a picture of that. Like tell me you don’t like your job without telling me you don’t like your job. Haha. $50 went down the drain today.

Service was HORRIBLE. We called an hour in advance to ask about wait time & they told us it would be a 30 minute wait, when we got there they told us 40 minutes and they offered to split us up on tables but then they said they we would need to wait another 20 minutes to get the tables together. A whole hour later when they tell us our party is ready to be seated they put tables together where no one was even sitting! Server was horrible seemed like she was on drugs & was trying to overcharge us to come up on an extra tip; our receipt said $75 & she came back with a whole other receipt & whole other amount and attempted to charge my mom for drinks she never even got! Be careful going here they may overcharge you to come up on an extra tip, check your receipts if you don’t wanna be scammed. If service was great we would’ve left a well deserved tip but this whole crew didn’t deserve any tips, the tip they deserve is to learn better customer service!

If you like slow service, disengaged staff, and mediocre food this is the location for you.I have been several times to this location, usually with long periods between. After visiting I remember why I don’t typically go back. This last time I was quoted a 20 min wait, that would be fine but I could count at least 12 open tables from where I stood, and several others that needed bussing. I get there are staff shortages, but it seems to be a regular occurrence here. If wait staff is low, do you need three people standing at the host stand? I feel our waitress did her best, but you could tell she had too many tables. Maybe someone from the host stand could have jumped in as they seemed over staffed, or maybe it needs better management.Food was ok, I feel that too has been declining in quality. I don’t really feel the need to go back to this location, as there is better quality and service elsewhere.

If you're thinking about takeout, I'd advise otherwise. The last three times I have gone here my orders were incomplete, with the most recent having ten wing replaced with an open bag of sause, other orders had mostly missing frys and other dishes.When calling to arrange to fix the order, I was informed that there was no delivery, yet we are charged a service fee that says it's to keep delivery service up. So I asked for a side for the inconvenience and was denied, so I asked for a few drinks, I appreciated them allowing this. Unfortunately when I arrived, my drinks were ready but also needed to be paid for, and they also didn't have my wing ready, they assumed I didn't want my wing anymore... this will be the last time i will do business here.The food is good though, thats why I tolerated the missing items previously.I'd suggest to only do dine in.

Horrible experience.. walked in place wasn’t too busy so I went in to get some food .. I ordered the smoked brisket.. after waiting 45 min I asked the bartender if the food was almost done she ran to the back and brought the food .. I’m assuming the food sat because it was cold the brisket was about 1% of the burger ? and the rest was cheese ? and ground beef .. it tasted like fish ? smh ?‍♂️ .. the only thing that was decent was the fries ?

Discount did not applied to the final bill. Called restaurant, they said you have to call online order rep. No phone number that I can call online order reps. I emailed and they did not do their due diligence and argued with me regarding a different promotion. Please do not send out promotions if you are not intend to honor them. Thank you

Tonight my wife and I wanted to go out for wing and decided on Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon entering they said it would be twenty minutes to be seated which we both found to be normal. We got seated with no issues and then sat, and sat, and sat…after ten minutes someone tried to deliver us someone else’s food which we should have accepted. After fifteen minutes I found the manager and informed her that our drink order still hasn’t been taken. A few minutes later Tiffany our server comes asks for our drink order and then tried to run away without taking our food order. We got our order in and received our appetizer in a timely manner. My wife got her wings after 45 minutes of sitting at the table, I however didn’t get mine for 8 minutes after her at which point we just asked for to go boxes. Will never eat at this location ever again.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences. Went after work with co workers for wings and drinks. Cold fries, and we mentioned it to our waitress. Again we receive cold fries. We also order a drink for my wife and we got charged twice for one drink. We mentioned it to our waitress, and she said she would fix it. She brings new receipt and still being charged for two. At that point I was ready to leave and didn’t want to dispute any longer. Terrible experience, wouldn’t go back!

I went there a couple of days ago because I had a credit .I had the option to dine in or pick up . so I had my little one so I wanted to make a day out of it so I dined in .was the worst decision of my life the girl who took my order was okay but right away before ordering a let her know I had a credit on my account .she walked away and not even a minute later another girl walks up and yells loudly you have a credit and I then said yes then she asked me the same information I just gave the girl she walks away I felt completely embarrassed so I mentioned it to a male manager who reassured me that it was OK then the girl comes back and says you’re only supposed to get 10 wings which my credit was $21 so the man okayed it. I didn’t feel comfortable so I quickly took my food to go then the other black manager came up to me and was like you weren’t even supposed to eat inside like if I was some kind of peasant But that’s OK I will never I mean never step foot back in that building again These type of people are really bad for business

I’ve always had a bad experience here . This is my fourth time going here and totally forgot about how bad this place is . The waitress are amazing and work hard . I’ve had a bad experience with most mangers when it comes to my food being extra cold and wrong . We went on Monday and my wings were cold and not sauces correctly. They asked if i wanted half off or my food made correctly. I wanted my food but it was still wrong the second time . I’m just confused on what the cooks have going on back there . Our waitress said that we weren’t the first people to say something about the food being cold and hard . So i highly DON’T recommend this location. The manger did give me a refund so i truly appreciate that .
