Today is national chocolate ice cream day. We wanted to celebrate this day with our residence so we purchased a lot of ice cream! When I arrived to pick up, my individual orders were correct and on time. There was an issue on our end of things, and the young man that helped me with it was extremely patient. The customer service was beyond what I was expecting. ALSO, The ice cream is amazing perfect texture in the flavors are wonderful!
Incredible ice cream (huge variety!) and outstanding service. Would highly recommend for locals, passerbys, and for anyone needing a cold refreshing beverage or any applicable frozen product to stay cool in the summer heat. Or anytime. Trust me, this isn’t just a summer product. Also, this place hands out a lot of coupons that last you until the end of the calendar year, very convenient! There is a QR code to scan while in the drive way with all available flavors too.
Best ice cream in Arizona, hands down. I'm not typically an ice cream person, but one taste of their Butter Brickle and it was instant love at first bite. Their dragon fruit sorbet is also amazing and since my Glendale buddies introduced me to Bruster's, I crave it at least once a month!
I really love ice cream, however having diabetes really limits my sugar intake. Often I get the kids size and try to split it into two servings on two different days. I have tried things like sugar free ice cream at other locations and got what I expected, something that tasted like a diet soda with an after taste.I had the same expectation when I ordered the sugar free at Bruster's, something I would shy away from normally due to previous experience, however I am really glad that I tried it.First time was a chocolate and vanilla with a strawberry swirl, talk about a surprise, tasted great, and no aftertaste. I thought it had to be a fluke, but the next time had it again and same result.More recently they have had the same chocolate, but one with a caramel swirl and still great taste and not aftertaste. Of course they are not going to share their secret in how they have accomplished this, so I guess I just have to keep going and getting the best tasting sugar free ice cream I have had.Thanks from the diabetic who loves ice cream
The girl who took my order was very nice. She even spent the whole time giving me compliments and great customer service. It’s nice that you see young women supporting other women. And the banana split was one of the best banana splits I’ve ever had.
We have a daughter who is lactose intolerant great choices for her. The ice cream was extremely delicious the only downside was the waffle cone was it has good but would highly recommend
This place never let's me down. With 100s if not 1000s of different combinations, there's no way you could go wrong. They're open fairly late, so if you get a craving for some really tasty ice cream, Bruster's is the spot.
Bruster's is THEE BEST ice cream shop in Arizona, easily! But in the last 3 months whoever is making the ice cream is doing a HORRIBLE JOB! Chocolate chip, no longer has its creaminess and the taste is bland. The banana pudding TOTALLY destroyed! Someone dropoed the yellow food coloring in it and zero banana taste and it tasted way to "chemically". The owner has to be "gone for the winter" still. I'm sure they'll get it back together but I go there at least twice a month and this is a problem! Even if no one else is willing to say it.
My wife and I love this spot. It's the perfect local dessert place nearby. The ice cream is great, but the energy and experience of going makes it so much fun. There are always families tailgating and hanging out with their kids. Plus the staff always gives our dogs pup-cups!
