Holy cow!!! I'm not a huge sweet eater.. But I tried Bosa donuts, and it blew me away...I got a half dozen 3 for me 3 for mom... mom loved her chocolate glazed, her coconut and not sure what her 3rd donut was but it was gone before we hit the car to drive home...I got the chocolate glazed, Raspberry filled and I call it the Homer Simpson donut, pink glaze with sprinkles...lol... anyway all 3 were the best donuts I've had since moving to AZ 7 years ago. I eat my donuts a little slower than mom, it took me 3 days to eat all 3. And on the 3rd day. I expected it to be hard and stale. But on day 3 my donut was still as soft as the day I bought it!!! It BLEW ME AWAY... A grocery store donut is hard and stale by that very afternoon. BOSA DONUT 3days old still fresh and super soft....I literally can't wait to go back!!! So much for my diet!!! P.s. the also do breakfast sandwhichs and teas and stuff, which I didn't try, but I will for sure!!! And next time I will take pictures!

I originally gave this place 5 stars, but unfortunately, it wasn't the case the next time around. The customer service was not the greatest and got every single thing we ordered wrong except for our drinks. Needs some help there I think.

The best Cherry fritters! They also have a great selection of drinks, Thai tea, boba, fruit drinks and the list goes on. My go to for donuts!!! I highly recommend it..

Some of the best doughnuts in the Valley. I also really like their breakfast sandwiches and coffees. The iced coffee and boba tea drinks are my go-tos. I've not gone inside this particular location but have been through the drive through numerous times. A great spot for a sweet treat or quick breakfast.

You want a good donut? Go next door to QT....We love Bosa in Scottsdale and thought this would be the same BUT boy were we wrong.Experience 1. Bought a dozen they were undercooked had doughy spots inside. I called and they refunded me $9 out of the $17 No problem. (I told them the holes were excellent but for some reason the donuts just didn't)Experience 2. We go back and purchase only 6 this time, well I told them about our experience the previous weekend and the lady tells me"If I don't like this batch then feel free to bring back but don't come back after that because they don't need my business."Wow, we were shocked to hear this. They cannot take constructive criticism and most of all cannot make a proper donut that's cooked all the way through. Shame on me, I should've learned from my first experience and not gone back today.Result: ?the donuts are still doughy today like they were last weekend. This Bosa SUCKS.They can keep the 8 bucks, it was never about the money more about a BETTER PRODUCT ?

The hype about this place was not accurate for me. Maybe it's because I built it up to be some donut mecca prior to actually going. My expectations must've been too high. The donuts weren't good. They certainly didn't taste, look, or feel fresh. There was what I believe to be a new employee working the front during the busy morning hours, and she wasn't adequately trained to be on her own. Definitely not her fault, that's more of a managerial issue. She had to keep asking the other employee for help, and the other lady would walk up, do it, and walk away. That's not helping her learn. The young new girl was friendly, but tried to charge me $40 for $7 of food. ?

I usually avoid donuts but I must say these were tasty and not just filled with air. The cashier young man was super nice. Although this location is not in the prettiest area of town (outside Luke air base), the place was nice and clean. Definitely try.

The boba was terrible... The tapioca was either under or over cooked, completely uneditable. And the smoothie was so sugary it made me nauseous. Which is pretty sad, but this isn't the first time I had a mess up.

Young man working here is great I wish I had got his name because we have never came to a Bosa donuts and let me tell you he explained everthing very well and the donuts are amazing dunken donuts has nothing on Bosa Doughnuts they are the BEST!

De-li-cious❣️Fast,too! Let's start with the breakfast sandwich. Huge! Flakey buttery croissant. So fresh and warm. Freshly fried eggs, and lots of tasty bacon. The coffee was delish also. No bitterness. So smooth. Grand finale was the donut that I tried so hard to talk myself out of. I asked the lady to surprise me. She picked one of the fancy donuts, oh my gosh, it was absolutely the best donut I have ever had. Well worth the calories. This was the best breakfast I've had in forever. I'm so glad I opted for Bosa instead of that chain restaurant that seems to have popped up and restricted me from trying Bosa donut in the past. Well, more I know Bosa Donut, and will never go to one of those chain stores again (I like their breakfast, but it's no comparison, not even close). Super fast, courteous service.
