Can someone tell me what’s going on with Bonita’s I ordered 4 chicken taco ? they were horrible. Store bought shells, the chicken was bland and the lettuce was old and salsa was bad. I don’t understand what once was great is going down hill fast. I ordered breakfast from there the other day and it was bad too! I’m disappointed ☹️ I loved this place ?
We Ordered Pozole and chicken street tacos ?Delicious as always ?
I ordered 2 large street tacos, they were made with average speed, but both were delicious and the server/cashier was kind and helpful!
I had bonita‘s for the first time a few days ago. I ordered a chimichanga and wasn’t too bad which is why I’m at least rating it a 1star. However the loss for the four stars is their customer service was ABSOLUTELY horrible. Their cashier they had working that day should not be working in the restaurant industry or and customer service job!! I did not get her name but she was what looked to be like a young Hispanic female with long hair who had the poorest Customer Service I have ever seen. She seemed like she hated her job and if so she needs to find a new one or shouldn’t be working in customer service at all. I noticed they had a sign that they are looking for cashiers. Hopefully they find someone new and should quickly replace that female as soon as possible!!
This place is a amazing. Great authentic food, fast service, and friendly staff! The vegetarian mini burros were incredible and the churro for dessert is a must have.
WOW!!! We literally had to wait in front of register for a young Hispanic heavy built to finish texting on her phone to place our full order!! Not only that but she is rude and not professional when she took our food to the table she had an attitude we even said thank you! And she acted like she didn’t hear a thing! We asked for some extra garnish sides and you can tell it bothered her for us to ask! back cooks laughing loudly, I wonder if the owners know how customer service sucks! Food was good can’t complain about that!
I was craving street tacos today, and I just happened to be in that part of town, and voila there was bonitas! I went in and had two street tacos with adobada, had a nice Modela light, and it was wonderful! it's so cute the way they serve things on a wooden board. The place is cute and clean and efficient and the lady at the register is super nice! I will be returning, to try more things like the pozole!
Very unsatisfied. The food was ok. They charged me 30 dollars for 5 tacos. And a coke. The tacos came with rice and been and dipping sauce. Very little portions of bean and rice.. I also gave the cashier 31 dollars but she never gave me my change. She said she assumed it was a tip.... the 2 cashiers they have are very lazy girls. Will never go back here again!.
I'm not sure if it's new ownership or if management just loosened up policies, but this place really went down in customer service. The foods good, sure, but I would not say it's worth the trouble 70% of the time. There's an older woman up front who had little to no patience explaining TWO different menu items and when an order was finally placed - she gave us the wrong food. I didn't even want to go back due to her demeanor in the first place. I wasn't over charged, at least. Finally, there's a teenage girl working the front sometimes who bags whatever comes out of the chef's window without checking receipts or throwing salsas, creams, sauces, etc. And just hands them out to whoever ordered it. I sat and waited for 15 minutes for my own food - she had 3 people walk up and ask for their order to be completed, salsas, and one person who went to the bathroom had their plate picked up - which angered the customer.Hope they turn things around.
It’s not a bad place I’m sure but their cooks aren’t paying attention or they don’t know what they are doing. I order menudo and they send it with cabbage instead of cilantro and onions just sad.
