First off, the staff are so kind and attentive. Portions are big for your buck! Cheaper than our other breakfast stops. The atmosphere is homey and delightful. New breakfast place for sure!!

We really enjoy the food here. Especially the meatloaf and the fish and chips. Large portions, good food and yummy desserts!

I was there only 4 min didn't get a chance to eat my salad and my food was already there!!

We have eaten at Black Bear Diners before but it was the first time here. We had some time before going to a movie and decided that real food would cost less than the popcorn and drinks at the theater. The service was great and the server attentive. Thanks to Cindy Ray for a job well done. The food was excellent and what surprised us was that instead of fries we ordered a salad thinking it would be a smaller bowl. But it came on the platter with the sandwich and dwarfed the sandwich. The salad was a meal in itself. I had the chicken wrap and my wife had the turkey club. Both were done to perfection.

The blackberry filled french toast is delicious!!

Very happy with the large portions. I got the chicken fried steak mashed potatoes and green beans was absolutely wonderful. Big big portion.

Took advantage of the birthday Special. Decided to upgrade to the Blackberry French Toast, and it was well worth it ? Ordered online, and it gave me an estimated time. Got there, and the place was packed. Thought there was no way the food would be on time. Asked for a to-go water while I waited, and was brought one promptly with a smile. Was kinda shocked the meal came out on time. Fast, friendly, reliable service, and the food is always delicious. Perfect place for any occasion. Keep up the great work!!

I've only gotten takeout from here and can't wait for when I can finally sit inside! I get the build your own pancakes and out of all the pancakes I've had in the valley (I love pancakes a normal amount...) these are some of my favorites. Sweet, but not too sweet and oh so good. And that bacon is perfect!! Large portions, very filling, and I always look forward to ordering again.

Went for breakfast, was a 15minute wait, but this place is always worth it. Had the huckleberry lemonade and it was good. I also ordered an scram-bowl, it was pretty darn good. Huge portions so hopefully you're hungry when you go. We also ordered that blackened salmon and the was delicious as well.

If you're looking for a place to sit down and eat where you're not in a hurry and can enjoy your food, this is a good place to go. The service takes a bit of time and the food takes a little longer than most restaurants that I've gone to recently, but that's not a bad thing entirely. The food was cooked well, it came out hot, and tasted amazing. The waitress was decent if withdrawn and not very interested in customer service, and the girl at the front who was greeting, seating people, busting was actually very rude. Her demeanor is not for customer service, it was apparently a chore or something that exasperated her to have to deal with more than one customer. Myself and the three other customers who are waiting in mind seemed perfectly fine with just waiting for her to finish without any issue, but she got Moody as soon as another person walked in the door and started slamming things down and saying things very snidely as if we were a burden to her day. I can honestly say that neither of myself nor any of the other customers waiting in line had even indicated any discomfort at simply waiting, so I definitely don't believe that this girl should be the first face that customers see for the first personality that they interact with. Her annoyance at patrons coming into utilize the services there only grew as we waited for our food, which happened to be at the first Booth so unfortunately I saw quite a lot. I never once saw anyone provoke her bad mood but she did lash out at a few customers so I wasn't too keen on working with her and waited an extra 30 minutes for her to leave the counter and someone else to fill in while she was on break to check out because I did not believe that I would be in any mood to speak with someone like her. I think management needs to consider who is and is not at the front desk, who would be best for greeting customers and who would be best for other jobs. She was by no means a bad person and didn't say anything outright rude so she certainly doesn't deserve any lashing or anything like that. Hopefully management can find the best position for her so that she can enjoy her job better. I will still come back to this store but I do not believe they deserve a five-star rating just yet.
