Excellent customer service tonight. The 2 young ladies here were very nice and accommodating. Not a lot of non-dairy options, however, plenty of ice cream as usual. Priced far better than gas and the consumption made everyone very happy.Fair amount of parking and immediately off the road so you can't miss it.
I went into this location 7/8/22 around noon and there were like 5 kids behind the counter including a little child like 2 years old. The kids were playing in the ice cream with the scoopers with no gloves on. The lady that got my cake order almost tripped on the child running around behind the counter. This all is so unacceptable and so not sanitary! I use to love this location but it’s really gone down hill and seeing this made me never want to order from there again.
I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and the child behind the counter happily haloed me Even though there was an adult available to help. When he was done he handed it to me. There was about half the amount of icecream I usually get and no whip cream. As I reluctantly paid the $7 the adult with him was organizing the cans of whip cream the apparently were out of. So if you want some over priced icecream and about 1/2 the amount normally given go to this location.
Ordered a cake on Thursday for Saturday pickup at 11:15 am. I arrived and when I asked if it was ready the employee said it wasn’t and to give her 25 min. I said okay that’s fine. 25 min passed and it’s still not ready. She asked me to wait another 15 minutes. This is truly frustrating. I waited almost an hour for a birthday cake. If the customer’s order is going to be delayed why not give a heads up by calling or sending me an email! This is unacceptable. They also won’t pick up their phone when you call!
Tyriqe is a owner that works there, if you want a job don’t waste your time, his incompetent self wouldn’t even be able to get your money to you on time. He’d give you fake promises about the wages he’d say he’d give you until he’s desperate and forced to bribe workers to stay because the pay isn’t worth dealing with him, plus he leaves containers of icecream on the floor of the freezer he never cleans for your flavorful satisfaction and expects workers who never agreed to be managers to do manager work without being compensated for it. Literally gross and grossly unprofessional, one star.
my friends girlfriend was an employee here got treated like dog the manager wouldn't clean anythin your literally eatin floor icecream hope yall know that promised higher wages that she never got if your thinking of getting a job here dont
I dont know....do you see anything wrong with this cake? If so hopefully management can provide some sort of refund or gift certificate for an appology after 23 years of patronage....?
Ordered a cake on Friday for Sunday pickup. I ordered a basic ice cream cake that said Happy Birthday Nichole. I showed up and the 2 employees working said they could not find my cake. I showed them my order confirmation and let them know the almost $50 for a cake already came out of my bank account. The guy working called the manager and within a couple minutes told me they didn't know and couldn't find it. The guy gave me the managers number to call and the manager put me on hold while he called the store. Says it's there. After waiting for 15 minutes the guy comes out saying he "found" it. I looked at the writing and can tell he wrote the message on the cake while I was dealing with the manager. It looks like a 5 year old wrote it. No sorry no discount nothing. Will not go back ever again
I preordered a ice cream cake on line when I arrived to pick up the cake it didn’t have “happy birthday jimmy” was not written on it and when it was time to service the cake it was a mint chocolate chip not chocolate chip that I ordered. I called the store to talk to the owner/manager and the employee ”hmmm hmmm he’s not here”. I would think long and hard before I order another cake from this store. I’m very disappointed and the service at this store.
This place has great ice cream.
