Went to pick up order that was called in, paid and then I was told it would be just a few minutes. It may've been done in a few minutes but then instead of callng out a name or remembering that I was there, they put the pizza/wings directly in their warmer (I found this out later). Another 30+ minutes go by when I went to ask them how much longer it would be, I was told it was ready and it was taken out of the warmer. Funny thing is that I saw when they put certain products in there. Got home and everything was barely warm. Not good customer service.
Stop by here often for lunch when I’m at work. This place has ready to go pizza for fast serving made fresh daily. Pretty good pricing as well. Can’t complain when I stop by for a quick bite.
Decided to try this place out. The front staff wasn't friendly, we waited awhile for someone to come bring the food and they only brought our pizza. When I asked about my wings and mozzarella sticks the girl said that they bring each item out on their own and their not usually served together. That the mozzarella sticks had 5 mins left and then the wings had 5 mins left. Which I found very odd. When the food did come to the table the sticks were cold. The wings were super crispy and had cold mild sauce thrown on them. We didn't eat the wings. Waste of money, disappointed and won't ever come back.
Staff is pretty friendly. Pizza is always fresh. Barros has been a staple for me and friends growing up in Phoenix since the early 90s. Will always return to Barros!
In my opinion, this is the best chain pizza place! Wings are delicious, pizza always great. Meatballs are very good also.My personal favorite pizza is as follows. Bacon, pepperoni, mushroom, onion and Pepperchini! You just gotta try it.
The pizza and wings are excellent!We've never tried Barros before.We called for delivery from the 51st Ave and Bell Rd. location...So Good!We will definitely be return customers.
I love their pizza , and the crust is delicious. I recently tried the meatball sub . It was awesome. Service is always great . 51st ave and Bell rd store rocks
I don't like this location or the quality and presentation of their food. I've eaten at the Barros on Dove Valley Rd and North Valley Parkway and the experience there was great, but here I ordered delivery and I literally live 8 mins away and the pizza was cold and gross and the wings cold. Pass on this location for me....
You can always count on Barro's for a quick, tasty, and affordable lunch. I wish any of the pizza chains closer to me had something comparable but Sardella's wants twice as much for the same deal. Happy to keep driving a couple extra miles out of my way for their deals.
Best in the city... Hands down and without doubt! Love the touch of buttery deliciousness! Great crust! The Valley is lucky to have Baro's! Great pizza!
