I order at this restaurant frequently.More then 2x a month and I had the worst experience this evening! I placed my online order in like I have done before in the past and on one pizza I asked for extra sauce on one side. Apparently the system reads it as no sauce and only extra on one side. I call to explain what happened and the lady said her manager Tyler stated it's not their problem they use a third party website. Because he refused to come to the phone the first time I asked the young lady to put her manager on the phone again. He finally comes to the phone and tells me the website they use is a third party website and it's their issue not his. So he refused to remake the pizza for us. Never did I once ask for a refund. I just wanted a pizza with some sauce and he continued with his attitude and said it's not his problem. For being such a loyal company and continuing to use your business especially during this inflation I am just so disappointed in Barros choice of management. Tyler is definitely bad for your business.
Everyone was pleasant the minute we walked in. The Manager Jenny was also extremely nice as well. It was super clean, and the whole Team were out making sure the dine in area was clean as well. This is definitely highly recommended for lunch as well. Wish there was a 10 star button. This Team deserves it!!!! I have to say eating at the original Barro's in high school, I know the Barro's would be proud of this staff and restaurant! Well DONE

So the first interaction with the first young lady was great. She was pleasant and polite everything you can ask for. Then their was the girl who looked like she was going to the club on a Friday night working the front counter. Trying way too hard. Something's just can't be on the level and this young lady with her rude attitude will never be. So she asked me if I've paid and I say yes I have. Then she looks at the other girls and asked if I've paid. I just told you I paid. Or how about looking at the receipt that says PAID. To blatantly basically call me a liar is rude and I almost ruined your night buy giving you the attitude you gave me back at you. Then I asked for ranch for my wings and she charges me for them. When did you guys start charging customers for ranch with their order. If you charge for it that's fine just make it known from now on. Really this girl should be making pizzas with her horrible attitude not greeting customers. Check the attitude at the door.
Barro's is becoming one of my favorite lunch spots. Pizza is good, service is always Top-Notch and the salad is fresh. Barro's is one of the best values for lunch on the run in Phoenix.
We where looking for a nice place to sit and have a soda while waiting for car service to be completed ... The Thunderbird Barros, fit the bill. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful (first time there). Each had a small pizza which was hot & delicious, and brought to our table in short order. Loved it enough, that we ordered out from them again a day later.
Absolutely the worst wings I've ever eaten. Asked for extra crispy and they're soggy and made me gag. Spent $60 on food. Should have been better quality. Hopefully my airfryer can fix this mess. Also, my food was cold and it's like 5 minutes from my house.
Best gluten free pizza around and the cheapest. I love it dipped in the garlic butter sauce. The staff is always friendly. I order online for pickup and it's always done at the given time.
I had a 6 inch meatball sub which came chips. The sauce was a little thin but the cheese was abundant. The meatballs weren't super flavorful but had a really nice texture. It was a good price for what I got and I'd order it again.
Just left there and the salad bar was just ok. Ravioli took 35 minutes to get to us and it was just Luke warm and sauce was cool and runny. Restaurant was dirty and doors were disgusting dirty. Manager did refund the bill.
