Wow where do I start? Closest thing to the most perfect bar in all of Glendale. (The mural on the wall is not the best) but besides that, they have the best service. The bartenders, stand out specifically. They take pride in their job and drinks. Justine does a great job in maintaining a great atmosphere and drink quality. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a great time around friends, great food, atmosphere and drinks.
Funny smell inside but overall the service was good and the place is less crowded than the other bars in Westgate on a Saturday night! The “new dress code rules” in Westsgate are no athletic shorts or pants—which is weird for Arizona, being that summer nights will easily be in the high 90 degree temperatures in July and August. Bar Louie ain’t enforcing that silly rule so… Bar Louie for the WIN because their place is just as good plus there’s a full menu til close!
First off, we all know I hate most of the restaurants I go to. We all know I get treated badly at most places, and the food is sub par. We all know I love to tell the world about I truly believe customer service is dead, but today is a rare occurrence. I was all alone and hungry, so I stopped in here to grab a bite to eat. Really glad I did. The service was amazing. Jared and Mike and Stacy and Brett FN phenomenal!!! They even took the time to help me decide what to order. I really appreciated it. So many great options I couldn't decide. It was refreshing to have great vibes, good service, and good food! Jonathan, the GM checked on me the entire time. I felt welcomed and entertained and most of all, I felt important as a customer. You would have thought this was a mom and pop shop the way they took care of me. The food was so good that I wanted to kiss the cook. Instead, Johnathan marched the entire kitchen crew of 6 or 7 out to thank me for coming! I was thankful to them for such awesome food! Every member of the crew seemed happy to be there. The energy was through the roof. It's been awhile since I felt this good at a restaurant. F Covid. This place is worth it! Thanks Bar Louie

Customer service was excellent! Victoria was very attentive and made sure we were happy with our service and food. Everything we ordered was great. The chicken nachos is an appetizer but it's big enough to serve two. It was very delicious.
Typically, love this bar! The food is great and the servers are always polite and quick to fulfill orders. The atmosphere is chill and it’s a great place to have a drink and chat with friends. However, the last several months the smell in this place is so bad.. When you walk in it smells like they dirty dish towels with a hint of vomit. Bring a bottle of bleach through this place and I would give it five stars! But for now you can’t enter without gagging..

We came to Bar Louie before happy hour when it was absolutely not busy. We were probably only party of 3 that were in the restaurant and they took at least 30 minutes to bring a check and more to bring drinks. After we complained about the horrible service another person came out and told us to respect the server after we clearly said it was poor and we are the customers who are here to pay you and tip you. I could understand if it was busy I can absolutely understand but not if your bar is empty and tables are empty.
By far the best service and food I have ever had at Westgate!! I recommend trying everything as you can see.. portions are big and affordable... Can't wait to try other Bar Louie Locations...it's a must?
