We had an issue with a food allergy request being overlooked (mushroom allergy) and the manager herself drove over to drop off a new dish as we were in the middle of a big corporate training. It is very rare to see staff members go above and beyond to solve issues like these - usually the ball gets kicked over to someone else (in this case they use a third party vendor - so she could have easily left me to battle for a refund)Thank you very much for making our experience a great one!

Babbo never disappoints! Their bread is soft, fluffy, and flavorful. Salads are creative and fresh. We always get the personal size mushroom, pepperoni, and sausage pizza as an appetizer and it is consistently high quality with a thin, crisp crust. I usually order the pesto pasta with Italian sausage. Their pesto is creamy rather than oily and proportioned appropriately for the amount of pasta in the dish; never too little or too much. My husband usually orders the Bowl O' Bolognese. While not like a traditional Bolognese (more like spaghetti with meat sauce), it is flavorful and delicious with red sauce that is not sweet. Babbo is one of our favorites and, as we live 8-9 months in Buffalo, NY, we always look forward to the next time we can have it which is as frequently as possible when we are in Arizona for the winter.
According to the other star ratings this restaurant is great. Perhaps everything else is great but the Alfredo is not. I ordered the Alfredo Supremo and it was truly the worst Alfredo I have ever had. So so Bland. I can honestly say I would have been happier with buttered noodles, at least butter is flavor. I feel bad writing such a terrible review but unfortunately I was also sick shortly after consuming the small portion I managed to eat out of sheer force of will and hunger. Do not order the Alfredo.
Thank you so much for accommodating our large party. We enjoyed some of the best pasta and bolognese. The food is exceptional. Service is wonderful and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more.
It was my 2nd time dining here and it was a remarkable experience! The service is fantastic and the food is unbelievable. I had the lasagna and we shared the shrimp crab artichoke dip........yummy! Will definitely return on my next visit.
The bread is great. The pesto sauce is good. The service was okay, but she forgot a drink that was ordered. My hubby didn't like the red sauce.
Absolutely love eating at Babbo’s!We usually eat there on Mondays or Tuesdays for the Spaghetti and meat ball special….you can’t go wrong cuz it’s usually two meals for us…..we take home enough to eat for lunch the next day! They have great fresh bread and salads and if you want a treat order a Dreamsicle to drink…..I’ll post a pic of one of those. Their service has been fantastic every time. I would definitely recommend them if you want to get full on good Italian food!
Zero protocols followed regarding Covid. Manager walks around coughing in her hands and touching people’s food. Staff had Covid a week ago none of the employees were notified not safe to eat here
Food was excellent and service was very friendly. Great variety. I tried the buffalo pasta and it was as good as advertised. If you like wings, you got to give this a try.
