Horrible service. Was empty yet still waited over 30mins to get appetizers. When food came out it was cold and dry you can tell it had been sitting there for a while. Asked them to please remake it and waitress Vanessa was so rude. Never offered us more drinks. Asked for a manager and manager was worse had a huge attitude and was extremely rude. I decided to just get the check a box to go and leave. Took them 20 mins to get us the check and a box when there was no one there. When she came to take my card she snatched it from my hand. Once I paid she threw the card on the table. Horrible wouldn’t recommend at all!
Last week we celebrated my grandson's 8th grade graduation there, tonight our 18th wedding anniversary. Was very happy with the food and the service. They make a delicious steak!
We were already in the plaza coming from shopping and were glad to find a place with no wait time especially for it being Mother's Day. We soon realized why no one was lining up to dine here. It was my husband, my toddler daughter and I. The only good thing was my margarita and my daughter liking the fries. We ordered a side of fries with our wings and when we got our wings we didn't receive our fries so we asked for them. We were given some cold fries. My husband was without a refill for about 10 minutes. At this point the girl who took our drink order was different from the girl who took our food order. Our food was mediocre, not warm, didn't taste fresh.. the kids pizza, I get, it's for kids, but my daughter didn't even touch it. It was a piece of dough with some cheese melted on top. My daughter LOVES pizza btw, even microwavable one, so it says a lot she didn't touch this one. We spent about $60 ish and left disappointed because Applebee's was my go to since 2010, even during the pandemic we ordered out a couple times a month.
I order food here every now and then and it has always been a great order. They never forget my side sauces like most places do with online orders, the boneless wings actually have meat in them and are like 70% meat whereas most places are 70% breading. My meat is always cooked right never undercooked or overcooked. The fries are delicious and look just like fries I would make at home. The ranch is amazing tastes wonderful not too thick or too watery. Food is always packaged nice and securely, no spills. One of my favorite places for comfort food.
Kaleena did a great job as our server. We had two of the house specialty drinks and not only were they very good but LARGE!! In a lot of places, you may get three swallows and you've finished your drink!! We opted for the 2 for $25 meals which included either two side salads or a choice of appetizers (we choose spinach dip with chips). The meals we choose were the fiesta lime chicken which was very good (all for $25). Nice experience.
It was a great lunch experience! Melissa greeted my party with great energy and a smile, while Sarah followed up with great service. The Tex-Mex Bowl was great per my Vegan wife and I had the quesadilla burger with the Whiskey sauce on the side.
Always great. Gerald is our fav server. Love his personality. Food is never nasty it's always good. The boyfriend and I come here about 2x monthly but I wish they would clean everything not just wipe off the table.
Godmother and I stopped and ate here before my late night shift. We did the specials on the back of the menu, she ordered chicken Alfredo, I ordered bourbon chicken. They did NOT disappoint! It was great, ambiance was nice, game was on, now was down. Servers great! You can still never lose with these guys, however happy hour has changed, well where I'm from the hours differ. 3-6 is Happy hour, we arrived around 7 or so! Food was great, she ordered alcoholic beverage, I tasted a swig, satisfactory! If you're not driving, let the bartender know!Also came with appetizer, we ordered salads mine was too go!
I visited here two weeks ago and I don't want to come back at this location.It took very long for the server to greet us ( not really busy at that time).She or the kitchen got one wrong order.The corrected order came but it was rare not medium rare, so it had to be cooked again. This time it came as medium well, which was overcooked.We had to wait for the bill too.So we had to spend a lot of time for waiting.Overall, the server was not rude but quite slow and the steak was just not great either. Other food was good.
We have great service here. Sometimes the food isn't prepared properly but they fix it right away. We still go back once every 2 weeks. Steve is our guy!
