THE BEST Spring rolls I’ve ever tried, the ingredients were fresh and nice. Pho was REALLY good too. The missing star is because of the waitress, I’m sorry to say that she could be more careful when handling the food and beverages. Sanitary stuff.
Soup tasted good but spring rolls were reheated burnt the veggie rolls however outer roll was hard not soft. However... became very ill. Ended up in ER Then found out they cook with MSG. If you're good Chef you don't require MSG. Almost no one uses this in their foods. I had asked and was informed nope. But then once out of hospital their Chef Tom stated they use MSG. so. Never returning.
Best Pho in town! Order number 13, you'll thank me for it. So unique and flavorful. Chloe, our waitress is great. Super friendly and helpful and cool. Always love going here.
Never heard out and the one time I did this past week I was sick with food poisoning 8 hours after I ate here and have been for three days after eating the grilled steak pho , the steak was sweet which I thought may have been a rub they put on it but I did some research and it seems that when beef starts to go bad it tends to be sweet . Careful everyone !
Absolutely amazing! I got the waitress recommendation, and got the lemongrass seafood pho. The broth was delicious and a little spicy. The coconut they add to the broth makes it creamy. I will be back for more!
I normally love this place but am so disappointed In the service and treatment today. We ordered online and was told our order would be about 15-30 mins. 30 mins pass and we go to pick up our order and not only was it not ready it has not been started! The girls in there claimed to never have received it but my card had already been charged and I showed a text that said my order was received and being worked on. The red haired waitress said that was not from them and just brushed me off. I asked for some type of compensation since we had been waiting so long already. She made a face at me like I annoyed her and then said “next time I see you I’ll make sure to give you a discount”. I had a mask on…how would she know who I was? I asked for something to come firm and I texted a hand written promise of 20% discount on my next order. When my order was “ready” I was handed toed bags and we left. When we got home my appetizers were missing …I paid for 2 of the steak roulade’s and had already included a 15% tip before I had even received my food trysting a place I’ve lived for so long. I called the restaurant and of course the same waitress who was annoyed by my frustration said she could not refund me as “they didn’t know how” I said that was not true and wanted my money back. She said she would “give me a great discount next time”. I don’t want a discount I want my money back! The soup we received was not the soup we ordered either! She said “we are very and I can’t talk to you. I’ll get the number you called me from and call you back. Thanks for calling” and HUNG UP!!! I was charged $80.09 for food I didn’t get and didn’t order!!! This is how you treat your loyal customers?!? I would like to hear from the owner or the GM! I’m so unhappy with tonight’s situation!
What have they done to you? Let me start by saying that the pho is still amazing. Some of the best I've ever had. But the whole experience is ruined by a couple of things. First, the wait staff is seriously unprofessional. When I came in I didn't feel like I was at restaurant, more like the tail end of a party. It took a while for the waitress to acknowledge me and I didn't get her full attention when she did. The worst was watching another server drop food that was in a plastic bag onto the floor, then putting it back before giving it to a customer. It's a shame because the food is generally very good (except for the spring rolls, don't eat those).
Was trying to return after not having this place for years. Didn't get a chance to try the pho that I remember being fantastic because service was horrendous. Sat us down didn't bring menus right away, then brought waters a bit later and said he would be back in 10 minutes. I wouldn't have sat down with my toddler if I knew it was going to be that long. Never returning and having one server that is not very attentive to guests is not going to bring people in. I don't care how good it is, if you are in the service industry you don't treat your guests like that.
I’ve been coming here for 7+ yrs and LOVE their food. I always get the #10 grilled steak pho. The bang bang shrimp is phenomenal. Tom (owner) is a very nice guy who likes to connect with his customers.
My go to spot for Pho. Never experienced bad service and food is always good.
