Got the Pork Fried Rice and it was horrible. Rice was undercooked, pork had no seasoning it literally tasted like it was from Panda Express. As a Chinese restaurant I expected a dish this simple would be easy for them, giving this place a one star and never going back.

This is one of my family’s favorite restaurants.Food is great, prepared and ready quickly.We have been ordering take out from here for years and took advantage of ordering Abacus on DoorDash/Postmates when it was available. Since it has not been recently, I called to place an order for delivery/pick up. The lady who answers the phone was very rude. I asked if they could deliver and she seemed annoyed by that. She asked my address but as soon as she heard “Phoenix”, she said no to me and kept trying to push me to order from a different location that was actually further from where I lived. (I live off 67th and Happy Valley.. where one corner is considered Peoria, the other is Glendale and a mile down is considered Phoenix). I told her it was ok if they couldn’t deliver and that I will pick up the order instead but she kept interrupting me and talking over me telling me to order from the other location, which I told her was further away than they were. I could clearly hear the woman whispering rude comments under her breath and she had a very rude tone of voice, kept sighing as if I was inconveniencing her.
Place was MUCH more better with Noah and Co. You can tell there is a severe decline in customer service and food after the new ownership. Prices skyrocketed and portions got smaller. Somehow the quality plummeted too. After 10 years of frequenting here I will no longer come here.

This place used to be so good. Now its garbage, since the new owners came in an ruined eveeything. DO NOT EAT HERE.
I am so done with the food in this city. Everywhere has great reviews yet I get the food and it's overpriced and borderline inedible. Fried rice has no vegetables or egg and random spots of red in it from who knows what. Worst spring rolls I've ever had in my life, mushy with very little substance and as soon as the food started to digest I was running to the bathroom with stomach pains. 30+ dollars well spent, I could've went to the grocery store and done better myself.
It is really a shame what has happened to this neighborhood restaurant with the new ownership. But, when you place an order for pickup and they say it will be ready in 10 minutes, cancel it! No order should ever be ready that soon! Our food was loaded with msg and all 4 entrees taste the same, and so unappealing looking. It all went in the garbage. Additionally, prices on the website were different than what we were charged at pickup, menu prices on line haven't been updated. These are PFChang prices. We were charged $16 more than what we totalled up from the online prices! My family has been going to Abacus Inn for 30 years with the original owner at both locations. I don't see how these new owners will stay in business. For us, this was our last order.

This is not pork fried rice. This is white rice with barely cooked pork and veggies mixed in.
Have been eating here the past 10 years. They have changed owners. Food is different and not like it used to be. New staff are rude. Don’t expect the great customer service or food they provided in the past. Done with this place.
