All around awful. Went there a week or so ago. No other customers were in there. 2 wings orders took over 40 minutes somehow to get out to us. Once we got them, the classic buffalo sauce tasted soapy to both my wife and I. The Asian sweet and Spicy(can’t remember name) wasn’t bad but the chicken on both was chewy/rubbery. The fries were way over salted. Not sure how a place like this can remain open. Won’t be back to a wing stop.
I had stopped in…and was surprised how nice the place is looking! Apparently it’s under new management-Karen came and said hi….loved the food! I will be back!
Got there no one was in the restaurant. Ordered our food took about 20-30 minutes. The food was actually really good and fresh BUT the wait time for no one being in the restaurant is ridiculous.
I ordered on the Wingstop website for delivery. I didn't receive my items and they told me I could come in and get them. I was not able to pick them up....thus the delivery order. They told me I would have to contact Door Dash to get a refund even though I didn't order through them. I ask how to contact Door Dash and they told me to look it up. I said I tried to but because I did not order through them they were at a loss. Wingstop then told me there was nothing they could do for me. I will not be ordering from them again.
Ordered food from this company and realized that one item was missing from my order. Called them back to inform them of this and they told me to call Door dash who delivered the food. I called Door dash and they told me to call Wingstop who would not answer their phone. I've ordered food from several companies in the area and have NEVER gotten the treatment that I experienced today! Will think thrice before ordering from them again!!
Now I understand this is SuperBowl Sunday and thebusiest day of the year for Wingstop, but your lack ofcommunication and organization is horrible.You should have the proper staff (I know there arestaffing issues), but that shouldn't be an excuse.You told my wife if would be an additional 45min. Shecomes back. Then you tell her 1ht more... why couldn'tyou call or notify her?We could have ordered food from somewhere else. Wecould have made other arrangements.I'm sorry you are slammed, but being slammed meansmore money for your owner.I'm sorry but there needs to be a training on how toorganize on busy days. Ordered online hours prior and was told a pickup time was 4pm. I showed up and they told me it was going be another hour wait. No email, no phone call, and the Super Bowl started at 4:30pm. I understand it’s Super Bowl Sunday, but don’t commit to something you cannot follow through with. Now I’m left scrambling for food a half hour before the game.
Received two doordash orders from this place on new years eve. They put a paper on the door saying they closed at 9pm, but they didn't put it on doordash. Now I got 2 angry customers because their not getting their food, even though I received the order qt 9:20pm. Do not recommend this place to others.
First time we ordered was great… second time sucked! Wings were over cooked, and barely any sauce when it’s a sauced wing (bbq)… horrible wait times and the cashier was on her phone between every customer and had her air pods in… meh only thing good is their fries!
I am the Marketing Manger at Chandler Harley-Davidson and I cannot say enough great things about this location, their food, and their staff! They really know how to take care of their customers and make sure that they are serving the best quality food, always! We were in a pinch as our catering plans for our employee Christmas party fell through last minute. This store and their staff did EVERYTHING in their power to help us out. They were able to provide 600 wings without any hesitation! I guess you could say they saved Christmas! ;) We will defiantly be ordering from them again!
