The restaurant was clean, the food was good but the staff were less than helpful. I was told our meals came with ranch despite telling her we didn’t want it. It was hard for them to understand they could keep it. Mostly the issue was the loud music. I couldn’t hear the staff or my daughter. They said they were unable to turn it down.
This place is not good at all. I ordered delivery and my fries were burnt & hard. The wings were not even good. Idk what all the hype is if this place isnt even good.
Okay, first of all, I should not have to wait 25 minutes for 8 boneless wings and fries. Second of all, tell me why I did wait, without acknowledgement from the staff, only to have the wings taste exactly like Pizza Hut's boneless wings? So much for original taste...
It’s impossible to order delivery here or to contact someone from this store. Yesterday they didn’t allow for delivery so we waited for the following day. Now we managed to place the order, everything going well and we even saw that our driver was almost here… we’ll surprise surprise… we get an alert saying our order has been canceled for no reason. This isn’t the first time we’ve ordered delivery. We keep trying to call to find out what’s going on and no answer. Not sure what’s going on down there but their service is seriously declining.

This location knows how to coat their wings!!! I got Cajun and Garlic Parmesan and that Cajun was perfect and the garlic wasn't dripping oil. Plus, they had everything ready in the time frame that they said over the phone. Props to a business that can do everything 100%
Went to the store at 6pm, ordered 18pcs to-go and waited 20mins. Taste good. With 2 fries total is $30++, so it’s too pricy for me for a meal for 2 people.
Hi I'm back again. After getting food poisoning here a few months ago, I'd like to let everyone know that there are fraudulent withdrawals being made here. I haven't been to this location for months and they took 30 dollars out of my account recently. They won't answer the phone when I called (several times) so I settled it in another way. So if you still wanna go here, have fun getting sick or ripped off.
After placing my online order Monday night 01/10 rude worker at the Gilbert Rd location called to tell me he was refusing to make my order. He stated he was watching college basketball and to order from somewhere else. I was already on the freeway headed to the location…
I have been to this location numerous times and this location is the ONLY one that will go to. The service from the staff here is impeccable and unmatched. Pete the store manager is amazing as well as Jamaris. They both treat me exceptionally well and I will most definitely send everyone I know here! Thank you for the outstanding service!
