Ordered Big Bacon Classic no tomato. Came with tomato. Ordered two 6 piece spicy nuggets with ranch. Came without ranch. Ordered small diet coke. Came without a straw. Ordered a frosty.Came without straw. Ordered chili. Came without spoon. Asked them to make the nuggets a meal with a medium rootbeer and fry. They said they did. They did not. No one is perfect. Mistakes happen. However, this is excessive. Attention to detail will create positive experiences or negative ones. Sadly this experience was negative.
Horrible experience they give you a app exclusive deal 2 for 3 and when you order it cone to 7 plus dollars! What a scam. I went inside and the couldn't even take time to talk to me. Manager said she was to busy!!!Please do not come to this location!!!

I'm giving it 3, because even tho it was a rough experience, I'll be back. It's Wendy's, you get what you should expect. But is there anything corporate/franchiser could do to help these poor workers? It's time these owners show up to work. I've worked restaurant and i cannot tell you how much i wished the owner would show up at work. You can see it in the employees eyes. They're listless, dead inside from the abuse they're getting. They're sorely short staffed, which is no surprise in this world. Poor staff folks slaving away at lunch time trying to serve all the clients, and they just can't deliver.As always my drink review. Soda machine was running thin on drinks, and tasted stale like it hasn't been cleaned. The fancy coke machine is good in theory, but the syrup bags to keep them fully stocked is insane and ridiculous and the staff just cannot fill or clean it with how short handed they are. It's time to abandon the fancy coke machine for your standard 5-6 soda drink machine, unless Coke is finally going to start filling these stations themselves. After all they're getting the data from them, shouldn't they be responsible to fill and clean them?
The order was correct and fast. The restaurant was clean and neat. Great job !!
It took us 20 minutes to get two taco salads. We had to ask for our order. Three people who ordered after us received their order before us.

Worst fish sandwich I ever had. It was chewy, over cooked and it had that fishy smell when your fish ain't so fresh. I think the problems were part chain for the prep instructions and a lot on the location for letting a bad product go out the door. Fries were good but that's the only thing positive I have to say. If you do go to this location don't order the fish sandwich.
