Their mobile orders are not taken seriously. I put my order through the app and about 3 cars were served before me in the drive through. I had put my order before them. I hope management sees this:( because I know he was there and the whole team didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing.
I had a great experience at the drive thru. A very sweet lady took my payment, and she was so patient with me! She had such a warm smile and demeanor while I was getting my money together. We have had many issues with this location. Their dining area is never open and when it rarely is its messy and loud with music playing by the employees. They are out of things and regularly the frostys are sort of chunky as if they weren't blended and also the chocolate ones are very chocolaty, it's hard to explain and describe. Their service is rough and the employees are almost always messing around.
The customer service here is absolutely horrid. Wendy’s website said this location is open until 2am. I was able to place a pickup order around 11PM and my card was charged immediately. When i went to pick up my food, i waited 5 minutes at the drive-up speaker until finally an extremely rude employee said “WE’RE CLOSED”. I responded by saying “I placed an order online…what am i supposed to do?”. He said “come back tomorrow”. I was so irritated that when i got home i called the location. They answered the phone quickly and said they we’re not able to refund me. I’d just have to come back tomorrow. These employees are lazy, inept, and obviously unwilling to do their job. Corporate should know that they’re closing their doors and refusing business when they’re supposed to be open.
Service is very slow. Staffing is not an issue. They had 5 or 6 employees. Not very efficient. I waited over ten minutes to order. Improved rating. I had a great taco salad. I'll come again just for that.
If 0 was an option I'd give them a negative 10. We came as a family for dinner with our youngest child being 10. The staff had highly inappropriate rap music playing very loudly. We were yelling across the table just to talk amongst ourselves while trying to enjoy our dinner. At one point my son stood at the counter for condiments for 5 mins being ignored by every worker who walked by until my spouse went up there and yelled over the pick up counter. The a/c felt like a freezer which I guess isn't bad in the summer but we all had goosebumps and chins shivering. I don't see us visiting this location again anytime soon.
Their website clearly says they close at 1am yet we went there last night and they refused to take our order. We waited at the window for 5 minutes at 12 am and we they wouldn’t take our order. We drove past the window and there was 5 employees in there with their headsets on clear as day. Corporate should be aware of this! I can understand 10 minutes prior to close but an entire hour?!
Debit machine so happened to be down, but I was paying cash anyways. No biggie it happens. Drive thru staff was still on top of orders and genuinely friendly. Food was hot and tho it is fast food, it still hit the spot.
Food was great the customer service needs alot of help. This younger crowd of kids starting out in the world seem to have a slight attitude problem / issues. I work in the retail business myself and see this issue everywhere & i do not get it but then again it's not my era.
This location is always friendly. The staff changes frequently, but usually is pretty easy to work with. The only negative is the app has glitched a couple times and I look dumb waiting for an indoor pickup and have to show my mobile receipt. Always rectified quickly though. Lastly, the fries are fresh. Hard hit for most fast food places.
