Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with two cars in front of me. Waited another 10 for them to take my order while I was at the menu. Waited another ten minutes at the payment window and was not acknowledged at all. I left without a smoothie. Bad attitudes and terrible customer service.
I just went to go and get a smoothie for my day as a nurse and it's locked even though it says it was open at 6:00 and this is at 6:40 a.m. don't believe their times
Don’t buy the shrimp wrap!! Mine was FULL of lettuce and had about 4 pieces of very small shrimp. I pretty much ate a lettuce burrito.
Delicious smoothies and friendly service. They also have good food you can order as well.
The people working here are extremely unprofessional and rude I like to come here but never will again as long as I know Brook is working here. They don't not great you as you are welcome. If anything do not come here go to another location. Never ever again they play to many games. Please look at the spit in my drink I will be calling a health inspector to do a full investigation!
Starlight starbright, the first tropical smoothie I see I’m going too!! :) this one is realllly goood with awesome service from the very articulate young ladies that’s helped with my order in this Monday morning! :) they were patient and quick and super nice. I’ll be coming back to this one lots more and this drive is kinda far but so worth it to me! Thanks for being so helpful ladies. , go tropical smoothie cafe!
Absolutely disgusting! This has to be the worst Tropical Smoothie I have had. The smoothies tasted like water! No flavor at all! My husband's drink had a small seed or ball of hard debris in it, all he ordered was mango Smoothie with protein powder. The food is subpar at best. The way they make it is so inconsistent and sloppy. Spending money here is a total rip off.
Terrible service. Girl on speaker kept cutting us off when trying to order, “Are you done?” “Are you done?” She sounded super annoyed and just done with life and then we get to the window and she continues with the attitude. Probably won’t be back.
I downloaded their app and ordered 7 smoothies for my entire family from this place for the first time yesterday. Everyone at home said the smoothies tasted great and they will definitely be ordering from here in the near future. Tropical Smoothie has definately gained 5 stars from me and also new customers.I like the fact that this place opens early and also stays open late.I would only change that if they offer instore pick up in their app? We should be able to pick up from inside the store or a side window in the store and not make us go thru the Drive-thru window as I had to wait infront of all the cars infront of me to pick up my smoothies from the Drive-thru window.
Normally this place is great with their food, but this morning they get a 1 star; only because I can’t give a zero. We got to the drive thru right when they opened and starting ordering our smoothies and wraps. We were greeted with “uh, so we just opened and none of our ovens are turned on so we can’t make any sandwiches or wraps”. So, basically we were told, ‘I’m lazy on this Sunday morning, I came it right before we opened and didn’t do my prep.’ If you’re open, then serve your full menu. If you’re going to be selective on your what you’re ready to serve based on how prepared you are at your shift, then just stay closed.
