Arizona native that had never even heard of prickly pear ice cream until this point. Such great ice cream! Definitely a must try!
Try the prickly pear/vanilla twist for a slightly sweeter flavor. Good with lime or prickly pear coating. Be prepared to lick quickly in the hot months!
Super cute place to stop for Ice Cream and Burritos! We just stopped for a sweet treat and really enjoyed Orange Dream in a bowl while hanging out on the patio area.
Cute little eatery. Definitely fun to try. Had the Topo Loco burrito with chicken. Loved the spice and the crunch from the fritos. This burrito could be shared if you're planning on getting ice cream. Also tried the soft serve prickly pear ice cream. Interesting flavor, not in love with it. In hindsight I should have tried it as a twist with vanilla to help tone down the unique flavor of the prickly pear.
Where has this little burrito stand been all my life?? I got the topo loco with pulled pork and no hot sauce and it was fantastic. The prickly pear ice cream is amazing too! I lucked out with the line, looks like it can get out of hand during peak dining hours.
Delicious desserts. Soft serve prickly pear and Vanilla twist with lime dipped cone was extremely refreshing and tasty.

We love everything about Topo! The Topo Loco burrito with the pork from the bbq next door is delicious and huge! The elote is the best I have ever had and the prickly pear soft serve is so unusual and so good! We like it with the lime or chocolate dip or both! We come here two or three times when we visit Gilbert!
Okay so this is the only place I have ever seen that offers prickle berry soft serve and a lime dipped coating. I mean how can you pass that up? The popular item is the soft serve cone swirl, which is vanilla and prickle berry dipped In Lime! It is delicious. You can’t get it anywhere else. The El Topo burrito is really good. I have not tried the Elote yet.
Had the topo loco and the elote. Very good! Walkup service, simple menu. Outdoor seating available. I need to come back to try the ice cream. Topo is a perfect, tasty alternative if you don't want to wait an hour for overpriced food on a weekend night.
