The atmosphere is very nice and the waiter seemed solid at the start, but after the order was placed and drinks were served he didnât show back up till we were half way done with our food. We wanted to get a second round of drinks but it was too late. The food was ok, not worth the price and the waiter once again forgot about usâ¦.we all kept thinking damm should have just gone to Texas Roadhouse

Always good food and a good time. Highly recommend.
It is expensive, but the food is delicious and quality which is why it is more pricy. My only negative points were we were there for a birthday, the waiter knew and the reservations stated birthday but they did not brinkg out a dessert or anything like that. Also we had trouble with the bill at the end because the waiter did not enter everything correctly.
We got a great booth and our waiter Anthony was terrific. The food was perfect as well but not sure a half lobster was worth $28.
We came here for my birthday. We were there early and they got us seated right away. Apparently Iâm not part of their birthday club anymore however I still got a free icecream cake! So that was nice. The food is always took the way I like it. And the lobster was amazing and very meaty!
She forgot it was my 70th birthday. I expected some kind of acknowledgement from her. She did appear to be very busy.
Warm greeting on entering. Table ready and set for the reservation number. Service was relaxed but within time limits for a leisure meal with family. Would go again for special events.
This was my first experience here that was anything less than wonderful. Our server was not very attentive, and the entrees were very slow coming out. The bread and salads came out very promptly. Our beverages didn't arrive until we had finished eating our salads. It was probably 10-15 minutes after that before our entrees arrived.
Service was great! Anthony was kind and delightful, paced our meal accordingly. Filet never disappoints but the twice baked potato was just like warm at best. Neptune mushrooms are always so delicious..cocktail was on point and the value for the pazzo wine was perfect for the bottle. We arrived at 4:30 around 5:30 the lightening was changed abruptly rather than lowered slowly that was a tad harsh but otherwise everything was always amazingâ¦Iâve been a guest of the Keg for almost 20 years now. Itâs one of my favorite restaurants to dine at.
We are frequent diners at the Keg. We have celebrated many occasions over the years. This was our worst service ever. Our waiter didnât come to our table for at least 20 minutes. Another server brought water and got us drinks. Bread was half the size they used to serve. Did not offer a refill Once ordered our food was excellent as always and arrived quickly but the server never came back to check to see if everything was ok. It was my birthday and he didnât offer a free dessert like we normally have received in year past. The table across from us had equally bad service. They got up several times getting napkins or extra plates and silverware off an empty table. I was not thrilled with the experience everyone understands the services issues but if they expect a 20% tip that we always leave at least give us good service.
