First time trying. Be sure to download the app ahead of time. Either I hadn't downloaded early enough or a recent store POS system interfered with the rewards scan. I've contacted corporate and fully expect they'll issue the credits.We were both thrilled with the Tom Yum Gai, pot stickers and Thai shrimp fried rice. My husband who normally avoids spicy even suggested we get the medium next time and also wants to try the green curry.Looking forward to many future visits.
This place never is consistent. 15 dollars for a bowl of rice and you get a half empty container. It’s never like this at my visits to Thai Chili to Go. I mean get the portions right or just stop charging so much for rice!
I finally tried Thai Chili 2 Go that I've been seeing on social media! I was greeted with courtesy and friendliness from the manager. I didn't let the manager know that I was there to personally review the restaurant. Man, it's good! They have Wimp Mild to THAI HOT? ! I got Thai Hot! ?? It was a great lunch!
Ordered Thai fried rice with chicken. Used to be consistently great. The last 2 orders have been awful. Last nights had no flavor, totally dry. Hardly any chicken !! What used to feed me 2 meals now i barely eat it the first meal and have to toss the rest. Way too many choices near me to settle for inconsistency at that price.
Overall I really like Thai Chili. Some of the dishes are a little on the bland side in my opinion, so I stick with my favorite *Pad Prig Pao* with chowmein noodles and extra sauce! My only complaint is that I wish they had fountain drinks. I hate buying bottled drinks from a restaurant because I like my free refills

Good customer service. The manager interacts to customers well. It was busy when I get there and I think something happened To the register or probably the lady manager is training this young lady. The manager interacted well and assured us that we will be getting our orders shortly. Her spirit, energy andVoice is so Assuring.
Something was wrong tonight. Ordered 2 yellow curries like always. Hot. I don’t know what was missing but lacked any Currie flavor and had zero spice. Still get 5 stars cause stuff happens.
