First time here. I got basil chicken with a mild spice. It was steaming hot and very filling. They really packed on the veggies and cooked everything fresh. My only complaint would be that it seemed like there was no spice. And since the only veggies were onion and green pepper, it lacked the flavour Im used to getting when ordering Thai Basil Chicken... that said, I think you can add more ingredients and adjust the spice by adding additional sauces. Maybe Ill try again, and add more or bump up my spice level to a medium.
Had to cancel my order and was told I could with no problem. Order was not cancelled, payment never refunded.
A little later than the app said it would be, but not that long and they were busy. Tasty food, love the ability to choose spice levels
Show up when the app says. Cashier says ready in 5, leave 25 mins later. 4 other people in the same boat. Food was good, but man please be better with the timing on the app.
Just picked up my pad thai with shrimp that I paid $15 for and got less than half of the container! What a rip off! Beware never go to that location, they give you less than what you pay!

Just ordered the $16 red curry. Item was delivered and arrived 3/4 of the way full… I have ordered before and it was never the small amount, so I called the store to confirm if that was the correct amount since it was delivered… And they said yes. So sure you order Thai elsewhere unless you want to be ripped off.
Best chicken fried rice! Always ready on time and delicious. Chicken has always been lean. Highly recommend!

As it sits right now I have been waiting 30 minutes inside this establishment and I was quoted 10. Also to note there was nobody here when I came in. I usually love Thai 2 go but they fell under the bar with bad quote times and the kitchen staff aren’t using gloves while preparing food.
