I am just going to say that the picture of the prime rib sandwich on the menu did not look like anything anything at all what I received at the table.

Absolutely love this location! Very friendly staff and delicious food. Of course their bread and cinnamon butter is amazing as well as their rattle snake bites! I also love that if your stake isn't perfect for you they are willing to get you a new one ????
it's been a long time since our last visit... but oh we had a great meal tonight. Our grandson's birthday celebration on his actual birthday! Great food and outstanding service! Our server, Sarah, was absolutely on her game tonight. Wow. Smothered steak, salmon, shrimp, ribs all great meals. But did I mention the service? Bravo, TR. We will be back...
Party of 5 took forever to get seated! Menus were greasy! Had to ask for bread. Food took forever. Some food was good and some not so good! Our server was great! All and all Was a bit of a disappointment!

Me my mom and daughter were excited to enjoy a good meal first a hour wait then our table was ready waited another 5 minutes to wait for hostess was crazy busy yes food all came out at different times my mom waited for her veggies 20 minutes had to ask for them to bring them after her salad , her salad came first before mine and my daughter's my ribs were cold :( not luke warm cold :( everything else was warm but my meat cold :( daughter has chicken fingers I had mashed potatoes my mom salad n a side of veggies . Had to ask for refill lemonade . Extra crazy busy mostly was disappointed all of our food came out different times and cold ribs ridiculous :( We weren't offered desert . I've never had hot ribs ever here . Only came here for my daughter's birthday she's a regular northern norterra location at Texas roadhouse arrowhead location once a month . Very disappointed in ribs :( and my mom's food coming late.

Used call ahead on Valentines day. Had a 1 hour wait at home. Then went to TR. Checked in. 5 minutes later we were seated. Warmly greeted. Our drink and appetizer order taken. Drinks came promptly. Appetizer a few minutes after that. We ordered 12 and 16 Oz prime ribs, 8 Oz sirloin and 8 Oz salmon. All came together about 20 minutes or less after ordering, all cooked to our liking. Drinks refreshed, good conversation over dinner, used plates picked up more Drinks offered, dessert refused. Very good meal, service and atmosphere. Check was reasonable and tip reflected an enjoyable meal and great service. Never had a bad experience at this TR (Gilbert rd and 202).
